Firstly, regardless of the circumstances, I am always disappointed when a client is unhappy with our work. This was especially true in this case, as I was very excited to start working with you, as I understand the positive impact therapy can have.
Unfortunately, your brief and damning review is a misrepresentation and unfair. Throughout our working together, despite numerous opportunities in our (virtual) meetings, you could not communicate your expectations effectively. Additionally, you appear to have taken this very personally and have resorted to personal insults. Both are traits that don't align with how we perceive psychologists.
From the information you shared with me, we are far from the first company you have had issues with, which leads me to believe you are the common denominator in these scenarios.
I hope you can find an alternative supplier of these services.
