Awesome service - going above and beyond to help.
Ordered a bike from Westbrook - not only where they helpful on the phone, sometimes it's nice to talk to someone - they also shipped the bike on a 24 hr service free of charge to ensure i got it in time for the weekend. So good that I specifically looked them up on here to give a good review for after being linked via e-mail from a competitor.
