Prompt efficient service, the ev charger was fitted quickly by Marcus, a very polite person. My property was respected, the device was explained patiently and the cost was similar to other quotes, highly recommended.

My only problem is after sales, I rang and e-mailed them several times months ago and left messages about an issue I had and I am STILL awaiting a reply

My experience with West Coast has been excellent. The staff in the office and staff who installed the solar panels were thoroughly professional, respectful and pleasant. Throughout the installation, the communication was excellent.

Extremely happy with everything from West Coast Renewables. From the beginning there was no pressure and I was able to change my install after the first quote to meet my needs. Scott was excellent from start to finish and always available to answer questions he had probably been asked over and over before. I had 4 quotes and West Coast was by far the best and fitted into everything I wanted. The actually install was excellent and quick, and Scott and the team have been available to help me to set up with my service provider and offer me impartial advice. Very Satisfied

Scott and his West Coast Electrical team installed a very neat and tidy Solar and battery system in my garage. From first contact and throughout my install, Scott was professional and polite. He was informative without being overwhelming with the technical data of the solar and battery set up and helped set up and explain the app to monitor and control the system. Scott is not a pushy salesman, he did touch base a few weeks after his quote to see if i needed to discuss it or had further questions, but there was no pressure to get a sale through. I was impressed with the solar and battery set up, so I also got him to install a EV car charger for me a couple of months later.
The solar system has been far more effieicient than Scott had estimated which is a decent bonus. I couldnt recommend West Coast Electrical enough.

I have just had a recent install of a 9.6kw Alpha Ess Battery and a 5kw Inverter done by Scott at West Coast Electrical.

I would highly recommend using them not only is he a really nice guy but he’s very knowledgeable and happy to explain everything to you in simple terms.

He was punctual turned up when he said he would, cleaned up after his work and did an all round great job fitting my battery. I will look to do the solar with him at some point too.

One thing I feel assured about is that if there was any problems he would be there to help if needed.

Had a solar system including battery storage and EV charge point fitted recently by Scott and his team. Very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions quickly. Very tidy workers and system installed with minimum fuss. Would recommend to anyone else looking for a similar set up.
