I only use this service when I really need help. Every time the application for a loan is quick and easy,the verifying of my income is done so easily with no fuss and the decision then payment is always really fast. I really can't fault them in any way

It is easy to apply for the new Homeowner loans. They could vet me online, so no sending in bank statements, mortgage info, etc. I want to replace all of my windows, so have taken out a loan for the priority windows. I can put my fingers between the frames so this with stop draughts and improve my living environment. It would take me 2 years to save up, instead I can get the work done now.

This is a great company for people that need a loan always helpful and don’t let you get into too much debt and a good savings plan also

Very understanding and fair.
The communication is fast and once a decision is made the funds come very quickly. When not one other company or person was willing to help they always always have. I am super thankful for Westcountry and savings. They saved me multiple times.

Fast, efficient no nonsense service

They have made the forms alot easier to fill in, Also they are very quick with their response. Which is good as your not hanging around for days on end waiting for a reply especially if you need a loan for an important thing.

Westcountry savings & loans are an exceptional place to apply for a loan or set up a savings account, they are polite & very helpful throughout the process of applying for & setting up an account. Once your details have been verified its very straightforward if applying for a loan it usually takes between 1-3 days at most. Especially if your in receipt of government benefits its the only place I go too & I have been using westcountry savings & loans for a number of years, if your loan application is successful & the repayment plan is affordable you usually get your loan the same same day once you have signed the agreement , the payments are taken direct from your bank acc on the agreed date, if at any time your unable to make the payment on the agreed day contact westcountry savings & loans & explain your unable to make that payment & they will work out an alternative date suitable to you, it couldn't be easier, they are just so approachable just give them a call or go onto there website its incredibly easy & informative.

Not convinced. After using the credit union for years to support west country folk and moving away I am struggling now to withdraw my funds from my account and register a bank account. Registered my bank account three days ago to withdraw. Everything entered correctly. I need my money! I need to draw upon it. Hurry up. Plus when I called phone lines not working. Just leave a message. Please get in touch and help me get my money.

Helpful and easy to use

I've been a member of Westcountry for years and have had a great experience overall. Their services are straightforward, efficient, and offer an excellent way to save money while repaying loans. The customer advisors are consistently helpful and professional. Their app makes managing accounts convenient. Definitely recommend, though there's always room for improvement.

Seems like an equitable idea with pleasant staff who made the online process as painless as possible. I'm very early on in the relationship but the idea of pledged savings seems to be just right for my circumstances.
