We completely understand how frustrating it can be to realise you’ve booked the wrong show and then find that changes aren’t possible. All West End theatres and authorised theatre ticket providers sell tickets that are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, unless additional ticket protection is selected at checkout.
In your case, you purchased the tickets on one day, and then contacted our ticketing partner the next day. They responded that same day, but unfortunately the venue was unable to authorise a refund.
We’re sorry this outcome was disappointing, and we do genuinely regret that we couldn’t resolve it as you had hoped. We appreciate your feedback, and hope this won’t deter you from enjoying future theatre visits.
