Ordered four shirts as part of the closing sale on April 11, 2026. I have received nothing. I emailed after two weeks and basically got a response that said basically "we haven't shipped it yet" which was most likely an AI generated response. Sent another email after two more weeks with no response. Eventually asked them to cancel and refund my order, with another AI response saying they will refer me to "the proper team" and I've heard nothing. As of May 26 there is still no resolution and I will be contacting my credit card company to file a dispute.

This is a terrible way to operate and I'm not surprised they are shutting down now.
It's a shame because I got a Limitless shirt probably 7-8ish years ago from them via Kickstarter that was great and I still wear, but how far they have fallen...

I ordered both shirts and pants in the past that were good - but their "final sale" seems fraught - a 1 shirt order continually shows a status of:
"We're preparing these items for shipping" for 18 days and counting... I'm wondering if it will ever be.

Versatile travel gear that lasts for years.

I had a very frustrating experience with Western Rise customer service. I placed an order that was never shipped, so after getting no response from support I opened a claim with my credit card company. Only after I opened the dispute did Western Rise respond, telling me they would refund or reship the item if I closed the claim. I trusted them and closed the dispute as requested. Unfortunately, after I closed it they completely stopped responding again and I still haven’t received a refund or the item I ordered. This feels extremely misleading and unprofessional. I would strongly recommend being cautious when ordering, and definitely do not close any payment disputes until the issue is fully resolved.

As many others have said, the non-existent customer service and persistent delays to fulfilment are shocking. The clothes themselves are fine, but ordering feels like a gamble—you never know if they will actually be dispatched, and month-long delays (if items arrive at all) seem to be the norm.

When customer service does respond, it is polite but completely ineffective. Meanwhile, their social media presence appears to focus more on the owners’ travels than on running the business. At some point, the question has to be asked: are they professional tourists, or are they running a clothing company?

Company markets to travelers wanting comfortable low-maintainence clothing. Products live up to billing but there are caveats. First, order well in advance of travel. Shipping can take a long time as I learned from experience. Second, sizing can vary from order to order. One year plus later, I ordered the exact same pant (model, size, fit) in a different color. When it arrived I discovered the length of the new pant was 8 cm longer than the first pair despite the fact that the length is clearly marked and identical on both (on the inside waistband). In short, once you get through the aggravation you'll have some great travel clothing.

Two Months of Excuses, No Pants, No Transparency
I placed an order with Western Rise on 9/3/25 and after 61 days, I still haven't received anything, not even a clear answer.

Here's the timeline:
9/3: order placed
9/30: I reached out and was told there were warehouse issues and shipping would be refunded
10/10: I checked again and was told the order should ship within 1-2 weeks
10/24: followed up again and was told my order was being processed for shipment
11/3: after 2 full months, I was finally told the item I ordered and paid for two months ago is out of stock

so after all that, no product, no proactive communication, and multiple rounds of empty assurances.

Western Rise's customer service is polite but completely ineffective - no accountability, no Transparency, and no sign they actually monitor inventory before taking your money.

I can forgive delays, but not being misled repeatedly. Based on this experience, I can't recommend ordering from Western Rise.

Apparently they had an issue with Impact affiliate platform and simply did not pay their affiliates. I do not recommend working with them.

I like the product. I went to recently but more pants through a promo on the pants. When I checked out after the submit payment stage, the promo had disappeared and my card was charged for the full amount for the pants. They did not respond to any of my emails, Instagram messages, or customer service forms and shipped the pants anyway. There haven’t fixed the credit card charge and will not respond to me.

EDIT: They fixed it after a bit of back-and-forth.

Interested in one of their products (not in stock) I signed up for their newsletter & in a moment of madness added my phone number to make that happen. (Can't remember the wording - activate discounts or something.) There was no way to do so without the phone number.

Big mistake. Texts & emails have been coming in & I don't want text marketing messages, so as the text message advised, I replied "STOP". I was charged for that message. This is not a good sign.

I've unsubscribed from their marketing completely now - I don't want to deal with a company who costs me money before I've even ordered a product. I have never been stung like this before so there are plenty of companies who are able to send me relevant marketing information without treating me like this.

I trust they will not be selling my data on, but I would not be surprised.

That sums it up.They were just too darn long and wide.

I like the movement of the material when walking.nice give feeling.

The Evolution pant is a great fit, just as described. I ordered another pair in different color. Also ordered the Merino T but was too big. The return was easy. Great personal service.
