Sehr gute Geschäfte und das Essen ist top und für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei. Die Glasdachkonstruktion ist sehr sehenswert. Und das Westfield hat eine eigene U Bahn Haltestelle. Es lohnt sich ein Besuch auf jeden Fall.

Habe das Westfield auf meiner To Do Liste gehabt und war heute da! Bin sehr enttäuscht. Parkgebühren als wenn ich das Center gekauft habe.....Zugluft ohne Ende und dadurch ungemütlich.....sehr sehr unübersichtlich und es fehlt hier und da ein kleines Café im geschützten Gang um mal ein Käffchen zu trinken. Muss ich nicht nochmal hin....

My experience with one of the Kiosks/stalls in Stratford Westfield, 'Omniore', has been extremely concerning and has affected my confidence in the centre as a whole. Due to the seriousness of this experience, I escalated the matter to Trading Standards!

I purchased a custom dental item from Omniore in November after being told by staff that it would be ready within 10–14 days. As of January, I still did not receive the item or any refund, despite multiple follow-ups, emails, and visits to the store, so I escalated it to a charge back from my bank.

Communication from Omniore has been consistently poor and dismissive. My emails were either ignored or met with vague responses, and only after escalating the matter did I begin receiving more detailed replies. Even then, their responses attempted to shift the narrative rather than resolve the issue.

Their public replies on Trustpilot have been equally dismissive, including claims that they are unable to locate my order, despite prior direct communication and evidence already provided. This raises serious concerns about how customer complaints are being handled.

What is particularly worrying is that Omniore continues to give short delivery timeframes to customers, while failing to deliver within a reasonable period and refusing refunds.

As a customer, I expect businesses operating within Westfield to meet basic standards of honesty, communication, and accountability. Based on my experience, Omniore’s conduct falls well below that standard.

Westfield Stratford City should seriously review Omniore's business practices if it wishes to maintain its reputation as a trusted place to shop.

I would strongly advise other shoppers to avoid Omniore!

Les Escalators sont très très souvent en panne
Tout le personnel est au courant
Les loyers doivent être exorbitants donc les magasins tournent il est temps de bloquer les loyers et remettre l'entretien au goût du jour

Also wer für den Entwurf und die Architektur noch Geld bekommen hat ist unmöglich. Parken kostet ein Vermögen, im Sommer kalter Wind, im Winter -10 Grad. Shopping Erlebnis gleich 0. Sitzmöglichkeiten das unbequeme vom unbequem. Geschäfte leider alles Ketten. Keinen weiteren Besuch Wert.

Vor der Übernahme war die Parkdauer 4 Stunden. Bald nach der Übernahme durch Westfield wurde die Parkdauer auf 3 Stunden gekürzt, nunmehr nur mehr 2 Stunden. Auch die App musste man runterladen und Cookies akzeptieren. Einkaufen in mehreren Geschäften und Essen geht sich bei 2 Stunden nicht mehr aus, es gibt aber genug Alternativen außerhalb.

Please avoid buying Westfield gift card. It expired in only 1 year, however most of other gift cards have 18 months or 2 years expired date. They charge a £9.95 fee to extend your gift card. It is an unfair fee and it is a robbery. Don’t buy gift cards from Westfield shopping center. You pay for a card and it expires, money doesn’t expire. They are a greedy cooperation. They receive your money than they steal it from you. Shameful

Dear Westfields Please train your customer service staff at the information desks. They really are pretty shabby and need help. They appear somewhat disinterested in helping you and it feels like you are interrupting them when you ask them something. After a single word, phrase or sentence response they will quickly turn back to their colleague to carry on chatting. When they give you incorrect directions and you have to return to them to have someone laugh and not apologise and their colleague having to then tell me the right way is not a good look. Minimum should be an apology. When you ask them about an event and show them and ask where it is if they don't know then dont just turn away go and find out. Or apologise that you don't know. Seriously. I have seen children give better responses. Its interesting coming here to see that I am not the only one not impressed with the service. I have been coming here for a number of years and its always the same. I was going to complain direct to Westfields but I see from others on here that its not worth it. Other commenters are so right in what they are writing in that when you report something significant, they just shrug their shoulders or say it often happens instead of dealing with it. No one appears to know how to escalate or next steps or even some level of understanding or commiseration. This is my first 1 star review of any place :(

Achtung Abzocke! DerParkplatz in Prag Chodow hat für 2Tage 2820 Kronen gekostet! Das sind etwa 117 Euro! Das geht gar nicht! Das ist mehr als Wucher! Bitte nicht dort parken! Wucher! Abzocke!

Nachdem man an einem Sonntag die öffentlichen Toiletten gesucht hat und dann nach 15min Irrweg gefunden hat, waren Diese verschlossen. Geht gar nicht !! Ansonsten ungemütlich und kalt.
Nie wieder.

Ich war am 12.1.26 zum ersten Mal da und bin tatsächlich sehr sehr enttäuscht..so so kalt da drinnen und ungemütlich..

Jedesmal wenn ich dort war habe ich geschlottert. Dieses Einkaufserlebnis kann nur mit langer Unterhose, Schal, Pudelmütze, dicker Wintermantel, Angoraunterwäsche, Pullover und Wollsocken, sowie Thermohose einigermaßen spaßig sein. Das die Geschäfte ebenfalls Eiseskälte bieten, erspart wenigstens das Aufknöpfen.
Zusammengefasst: im Sommer zieht der Golfstrom durch und im Winter Polarluft.

Wir waren inzwischen im Sommer wie im Winter dort. Kein bisschen Wohlfühlatmosphäre. Wir haben gefroren. Hätten wir nicht Karten für Port des Lumière gehabt, hätte uns Westfield nicht wieder gesehen. Erfreulich die Parkmöglichkeiten - allerdings überteuert.

DO NOT GO TO THIS AWFUL SHOPPING CENTRE!!! BEWARE OF PURCHASING WESTFIELD GIFT CARDS!!! THEY ARE A SCAM!!! They have a scam going whereby they steal the money from your gift card, or block your card so can’t access your money! ABSOLUTE SCAMMERS! The customer service staff are rude and unhelpful and refused to help me regarding the missing money on my gift card, instead rolling their eyes and treating me as though I am a criminal. When trying to contact the Westfield email address, they either fail to respond or fob you off. Just abysmal!

Shoppers Vs Retailers

Despite the declining appeal of high street shopping. Westfield statford offers excellent and diverse shopping options

However, the layout seems to favour the retailers and not the shopper.

The amount of seating is disproportionate to the footfall and amount of shopping outlets.

The shopping aisles seem narrow and claustrophobic.

You can find a place to stop and rest near the toilets beside the upper food court. As spaces are always being made available, by people moving on after waiting for their family or friends to use the WC

Toilets are immaculately kept and always clean.

Brilliant and spacious family rooms and free water fountains.

It's a shame the performance of the retailers lets Westfield down.

Behind the fancy shopfronts and big names, the shopping experience is poor.
You're better off finding a nice comfortable place to sit and shopping online.

Shopping staff do not know enough about the products they sell. That's if you can find a member of staff to help you.
They simply process your purchase and that's it. You might as well buy online, with that level of service.

The lower food court have more affordable options. You can't find a seat near the affordable mcdonald's. If you're wealthy or are having and extravagant day, you will probably find somewhere good to eat.

The shopping experience is not as enjoyable as it used to be. But this is not down to Westfield, but the retailers.

Primark and John Lewis are the stars of Westfield, but at opposite ends of the shopping experience.

With Primark, it cheap and cheerful, you get what you pay for.
With john Lewis, staff actually say hello to you and are available to help and answer questions. Old fashioned shopping experience.

Bei Kamps in Westfield waren wir maßlos enttäuscht, die Bedienung erklärte, dass am 24.12.25 um 14:00 Uhr geschlossen wird. Wir wollten Kaffee trinken um 11:30 Uhr und bekamen Pappbecher, weil angeblich keine Tassen mehr zur Verfügung gestellt werden. Danach erhielten die Kunden Porzellantassen. Wird anscheinend mit zweierlei Maß Kunden behandelt. Nie wieder hier!!!!!

Der Weihnachtsmarkt ist unterirdisch. Scandinavischer Flair? Ich lache mich tot.
Aussteller geben Ihr Bestes. Alles bestens, alle super.
