A 6-8 week "small" job ended up taking 17 weeks through sheer incompetence and lack of care, for the job itself or my families life!

Having to bullet point this because of character maximum

1. Mouldy plyboard used in brand new flat roof
2. no joist hangers
3. Noggins badly spaced
4. Kerb only 75% complete
5. No insulation in the eaves
6. No flashing
7. No top coat
8. Screws sticking out everywhere
9. Wall plate not bolted to the wall
10. No vapour control barrier
11. Fibreglass all over neighbours new patio and standing on their flat roof
12. Internal blockwork had to come down twice
13. 4 different teams of builders as 3 were incapable
14. Damaged our property
15. Were very rude and lied to us repeatedly
16. Dangerous electrics fitted by an unqualified electrician (they have no certified or registered electricians)
17. Put our family at risk of fire and electrocution
18. Demanded payment for incomplete and very poorly finished work
19. Caused problems with neighbours
20. Flooded our current kitchen and caused damage to the kitchen
21. Rude and misinformed repeatedly by office staff
22. Old or substandard materials used repeatedly
23. The owner made promises at point of sale, and then disappeared when needed
24. Nothing completed to the standard promised, every wall is unlevel and in some places out by 30-40mm from one end to the other

Absolutely horrendous company, that claim all teams are in house and employed directly THIS IS NOT TRUE! They do not vet their subcontractors and then defend the abysmal work that is completed. Honestly never been so let down by a business

We had a large single storey extension built by West Midlands home improvements. Found the company easy to deal with they handled the project from start to finish. Their in house architect was not great however Inderjit and his ground team were fantastic hard working and skilled. Overall a happy customer

What a company! Professional and builds to the highest standard! So happy that I found this company! Would 100% recommend!

Had an outhouse/garden office built by the team at WMHI. Completed work quickly and efficiently and listened to all my concerns throughout. Would highly recommend

I would not touch this company! Despite the overwhelming and obvious paid for reviews! They are cowboys, they promise everything and deliver on very little, we are still waiting for all our documents from November, they falsely accuse other Companies of fraud when they themselves are frauds.

Despite someone in your office saying they will hand deliver these certificates you are now saying you will re post them!! Surely a company who have been chased so many times for these documents would make the effort to ensure we get these documents but no you just keep fobbing us off! I will tell you now I will not remove this 1 star as its an honest review of how we have been treated. Why as a customer should I have to come and collect these!!! Just another example of how you have treated us!!!

I recently had West Midlands Home Improvements complete a single-story extension on my home in Birmingham, and I couldn’t be more thrilled with the results! From start to finish, their professionalism, attention to detail, and dedication to quality were evident in every aspect of the project.

The entire team was a pleasure to work with. They were punctual, courteous, and incredibly knowledgeable, always ready to answer any questions I had. The project was completed on time and within budget, which is a testament to their excellent project management skills.

We just had an Orangery built by West Midlands Double Glazing Ltd and they have done a fantastic job. All the team worked really hard from start to finish even in the bad weather. Thank you guys . I highly recommend West Midlands Double Glazing to any one who wants to add an extension to their house.

We would recommend this company - they were very professional, clean and approachable, during the period they were working on our project.

Pav came across honest and did deliver on promises. The team did a great job and we are happy with garage conversion work done.

AVOID THIS COMPANY.. CUT CORNERS DONT FINISH JOBS DONT TURN UP... IF THEY SAY 4 WEEKS BE MORE LIKE 8 WEEKS. DONT CARE IF YOU HAVE 4 KIDS.. THEY HAVE NO QUALIFICATIONS IN BUILDING OR RUNNING A COMPANY.. I have all proof from pics and videos... just dont use this company shockin

What a brilliant team of workers. Seven talented members of staff attended my house and sorted out an absolute horror show of a fitted kitchen We cannot thank you enough. Experienced, talented, swift and professional. Thank you so much.

Excellent service

Excellent- staff was very helpful, supporting and understanding.
Gave good advice how it was going to look through pictures and what work will be involved.
Very through, presentable staff. Work was amazing for my conservatory.
Less mess, job done within time as promised.
