Westminster Outdoor Living Opiniones

Good quality garden furniture and pergola. Sean, Stuart & Nigel put up the pergola very professionally. Initially we were not happy with the lighting solution but Westminster helped as best they could and offered 2 stand-alone lights which works well.

Excellent and professional service from browsing + advice in store to purchase +delivery. Great value and Séan and Stewart came on time and handled the outdoor furniture with care. Would highly recommend the table and chairs bought.

Our second purchase from Westminster that we are thrilled about. Awesome “White Glove” service from Stewart and Sean who were both great and carried the
Sofas all the way to the back of the house.
Can’t wait to use all the furniture !

I wish all delivery men are like them.

Our second purchase from Westminster. Helpful and friendly advice from Fiona in East Grinstead and prompt and efficient delivery from Sean. Highly recommend the products and service.

Sean was polite and professional, delivered everything quickly, made sure to show me that each item was the correct colour and explained how to build the table in the correct way. I’m very happy with his service.

Sean made a big difference was very helpful and accommodating and obliging

Fantastic experience from start to finish!
Sam was an absolute pleasure to work with—friendly, professional, and made everything so easy. The installation team was great too: quick, tidy, and efficient. And the garden furniture? Absolutely stunning. Couldn’t be happier. Highly recommend Westminster Outdoor Living!

I absolutely love my new garden furniture thanks to Sam at the Guildford store. She was super helpful and made some great suggestions. Once I ordered it i was given a delivery date. 5 days later and Sean and Paul delivered it all put it up and took away all the cardboard. Simply brilliant! Love my new set and so do all my friends! Thank you Westminster!

Helpful lady in the shop. Purchased outdoor sofa and chairs, very stylish and a good price.
Delivered directly to my decking by Sean and Paul.

All in all a great experience from start to finish.

Great product delivered by an efficient and friendly team (Sean and Paul). Would recommend.

Great service from Nigel at the Uckfield showroom. Delivered same day by Sean who was extremely knowledgeable and friendly.

Sean the delivery driver phoned to give an arrival time. On arrival he quickly unloaded the table and chairs and told us the best way to build the table.
A great ambassador for Westminster.
Thank you again Sean

We have bought all our garden furniture from Westminster over the last 18 years . Top quality products and excellent service .

What a great place to visit, very helpful people and great selection of products to choose from.
Delivery was excellent and we can’t praise Sean enough for his patients and quality of service.
Would recommend to all my friends.

Quite an understated branch at East Grinstead but I like that and it had a very calm feel. When we came in we were greeted with a smile by Sue but not in any way hassled. She was available and helpful when needed. As a consequence I think, we bought a lot more than intended! Because we weren't being hassled, we weren't wanting to run for the hills! But she was helpfully attentive whenever needed.

For delivery everything went very smoothly. The day they proposed dint suit and it was easy to change, and Sean and Paul were super helpful when they arrived. They checked everything out, did as much as I needed and wanted. Small things, but being polite and smart and courteous are so rare these days it really is appreciated.

We love our new products. Since they arrived, the weather hasn't loved us, but knowing the furniture is great, all weather furniture means it just sits there ready and waiting for when we can get out there!!

We have used this company for years and they have always delivered second to none. All their products are the best. Sam at the Guildford store was amazing, friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable.

Sean and Paul provide a great customer service. Our second purchase from Westminster and another excellent quality and stylish item.

Another great delivery from Sean and his colleague Paul. Polite, careful and thorough from arrival to departure.
