Nice liners

Nice liners. Still a little big for my small hands but it’s workable. Had the best customer experience ever when one glove quit warming after 3 months. Gloves were replaced without hassle. Highly recommended company!! Thank you.

Customer service is terrible

Customer service is terrible. I returned a battery since it wasn't compatible with my vest. They then sent me another battery that was the same one they sent the first time. I had just returned the battery, didn't ask for a replacement since I had to research which one fit my vest. (The company changed the battery connection). Numerous emails were clearly misread due to a language barrier. I now have to return the battery a second time. Talked to someone, probably in New Dehli, India from the sounds of it. He said to call them to return the second wrong battery and get the correct one. Yikes. Meanwhile, I'm in the cold for another week at least.

False advertising.No phone support.Poor refund and return policy

They advertise a product making you believe that the heated gloves heat both sides of your hands.They don't.There is no phone support.They will not accept any returns unless you have all of the original packaging.They have a 3 year warranty but the provisions are so strict and without the original package, they will refuse the refund

I purchased a pair of socks for my wife…

I purchased a pair of socks for my wife for $80 the one sock stopped working, I purchased in December 2024 in March 2025 three months later they switched from a one year warranty to a 3 year warranty I only needed one sock replaced and their recommendation was to buy a new set for 80$ instead of just sending me a replacement sock. DO
NOT USE THIS COMPANY THEY DONT HAVE THE CUSTOMERS BEST
INTEREST IN MIND. Extremely disappointed

For inside use only.

The gloves do not do well at all in any type of cold especially if there is wind. The wind will penetrate the material regardless of what heat setting the gloves are on. If you are using them inside a vehicle to drive, they might be ok but as soon as they are exposed to cold and/or wind conditions, your fingers will no longer feel any heat.

Heated gloves/excellent customer service from Weston

We have the heated gloves from Weston, which have been working well this winter! Remember to charge the batteries every so often….on another note, two fingers of one glove ripped along the seams while shoveling snow. This turned out to be covered by their warranty, and after a brief email exchange with Chris (who I must say is an excellent customer service representative), they sent a new pair of gloves since they “are made for durability” and those tears should not have happened! Of course I’m thrilled that the warranty covers the gloves, but it was a great customer service experience that you just don’t find everywhere. Prompt, polite, asked pertinent questions…. I recommend Weston and would not hesitate to purchase other items from them if needed.

A+++ Weston Customer Service

I purchased a pair of Weston heated gloves the end of last winter season. After nearly a year, I used them this past December to plow snow with my 4 wheeler. Within an hour, all the stitching began coming apart. Very disappointed, I took pictures and emailed them to Weston. They replied immediately! Apologizing, and assuring me they would make it right. Next day I received a tracking number, and within 2 days I had the replacement pair. After a dozen uses, and lots of snow, they show no signs of wear. They turned a disappointed customer into a loyal customer. Since then I've purchased 2 heated jackets and accessories. Can't say enough about Weston!

Heated socks

I have the heated socks for my husband and I we both love them! If your feet get cold easily when outside I recommend getting these.

I purchased a coat and had a great…

I purchased a coat and had a great experience. The coat I ordered was too small so I contacted Weston customer support. They gave me several options to return/exchange the coat. I did the immediate exchange so the new coat (larger size) which required me to pay (hold cost) for the new coat as long as I returned the smaller coat (new, same packaging, accessories and tags still attached) within 7 days. Well as soon as Weston emailed me a return shipment paper I tracked down the ups truck in my neighborhood. Great customer service!!!

Performs very well

I received my heated jacket for Christmas and Im getting a lot more use out of it this year than a normal year in my area, its perfect, battery life is longer than I would have expected, easily goes 12 hours on medium, the high setting is a touch to warm for me its literally Hot.
My sister being the purchaser had nothing but great things to say about their customer support / communication.
I recommend highly recommend to everyone.

I purchased a pair of heated liners

I purchased a pair of heated liners. They were exactly as advertised and have made winter running more enjoyable.

I had an issue with stitching on the thumb as well as a concern around the one glove being warmer than the other.

I emailed support and in one business day I was informed that a new pair was on its way to me. No hassle and no running me through pointless questions to try and delay the process.

Things happen, I get that and I have learned that sometimes things happen. Weston took great care in quickly addressing my concerns.

The hood falls over my eyes unless I wear a ball cap to keep it out of the way. They did offer to exchange the jacket, but they require the original sealed plastic bag and the original tags. Since the bag has to be cut open and I don’t keep tags, I’m stuck with it.

If you buy this jacket, be prepared to wear a ball cap when using the hood.

Excellent Customer Service

We received a faulty product. The jacket was not working as it should after 3 wears. A lemon. It happens.
I reached out to Weston. They wanted to learn more about my experience and what happened. 2 emails later, they sent me confirmation of the replacement jacket on its way. There are hundreds of options like this out there. I was a bit hesitant to buy from Weston, because I had not heard of them and I have been ghosted by other companies in the past. This is not one of those companies. Truly cared that I was taken care of and got what I needed. I feel their effort to understand my experience shows they are working to improve on all fronts. From my experience they already have the customer care side of things in a great place. Will be shopping here again.

If you do more than walk down a street, don't buy.

I ordered just over a year ago and since winter turned warm I had no opportunity to use them. They worked well, kept my hands warm. But 3 hours of driving a tractor and the seams on both gloves pulled apart in SEVEN different locations. All I did was hold a steering wheel and worked the front loader while pushing snow. Contacted company, their response was I could purchase for $60 an extended warranty that would allow me to get a replacement pair. I even included pictures of both gloves No thanks. $130 burned.

After some back and forth Weston sent a free replacement. I am updating my review. The customer service is a 3 because it took a poor review for them to do the right thing, and even then it was over a month getting results. I don't believe I would have been contacted if I hadn't left the review that I did originally. The gloves heating ability are a solid 5. But I still can't change my opinion of the build quality. I am not satisfied the gloves are able to stand up to doing activities with your hands, but if you only want something to keep you warm while walking or watching a game outdoors, they are great for that. That wasn't what I was after so the gloves didn't match up with my needs. I'm an active person when outside, so I want something different.

Highly recommend not buying from this company. Extremely strict return policy and poor customer service. 30 days is unacceptable around the holidays. The batteries barely last 1 hour on high and you can’t feel the heat on lower settings. You can’t return them once you’ve done an exchange, even if within the return window.

Refused to refund my purchase

Ordered jacket for my wife for Christmas. Medium was too large. Inquired about a petite, was told they could exchange for a small. I agreed until I was informed that I would have to pay for shipping to exchange the jacket. I informed them I wanted to return the jacket and get a refund. After several days of emails back and forth. I was informed that more than a month has transpired and they would not refund my payment. In actuality it had been only 2 days after I received the small that I didn’t want!

Excellent products and Customer Support

I bought heated glove liners in December 2024. They worked beautifully for over a year. Then one of them stopped working. Customer Service responded very quickly to my email and within 24 hours they resolved the issue by sending me a new pair of liners. I am very pleased with this company and its products and highly recommend them!
