They were very timely in their responses and I received a quote and mock-up of what the design would look like 10-15 minutes after my initial request. Westshade has been a breeze to work with. Everything has been super easy. I went online and requested pricing, submitted our logo, had it drawn up and then approved. Everything was done by email, and the team was very responsive. We ordered a standard 10x10 canapy tent with a backdrop and 2 logos. If we are ever in need of another tent, Westshade will be my first email.
