Heldere communicatie, ook buiten kantoor uren bereikbaar en denken goed met je mee! Fijne mensen maar vooral vakkundig

Nu bijna een jaartje klant bij Wetaxus, kost even wat tijd om over te schakelen naar Yuki en ook even wennen als je dingen als Rompslomp gewend bent, maar alles loopt eigenlijk heel soepel foto’s stuur ik per mail gelijk op naar Yuki van alle facturen, en mocht je er nou een paar vergeten dan krijg je automatisch een melding van welke transacties nog facturen missen. Bespaart een hoop tijd 👍🏻 ook is het advies over eventuele bijtelling of BV of eenmanszaak fijn

Goeie communicatie, altijd netjes op tijd. Denkt met je mee en geen issue als je vragen hebt. Heeft verstand van Ecommerce. Erg tevreden!

I strongly advise against working with Wetaxus. They failed to file my preliminary tax return, despite clear agreements and reminders. They also ignored multiple WhatsApp messages and didn’t respond at all to questions or concerns. Without asking or verifying anything, they simply took over the director’s position from the previous bookkeeper of another company without checking details or communicating properly.

On top of that, they incorrectly booked invoices from 2024 into 2025, showing a lack of attention to basic accounting. The tone of their communication is rude and unhelpful, and their emails are incomplete and often show they haven’t even properly read or understood your feedback.

To make matters worse, they filed my taxes late, which now puts me at risk of receiving a payment reminder from the Dutch Tax Authority.

Also a lack of making your customer understand the books.
Also they heavily overcharged for hidden fees and the guy from the ads was never available. Try to scale up your back end before you scale up your front end.

Hoewel de boekhouder wellicht capabel is op ander vlak, heeft hij voor mij persoonlijk niets betekend. In onze eerste call werd gesteld dat ze veel kennis hadden van e-commerce, maar in de praktijk bleek dit simpelweg niet hun expertise te zijn. Toen ik besloot te stoppen, bleek ik nog drie maanden verplicht te moeten doorbetalen – iets waar ik vooraf niet goed op was gewezen. In totaal heb ik bijna €1.000 betaald, en daar heb ik slechts één keer omzetbelasting voor teruggezien. Denk goed na voordat je hier in zee mee gaat.
