I ordered the buy one get one and also an extra one. They only sent 1 bag. I keep sending emails to them. No response back. I’m going to put a report of fraud on this company. Asap and have them investigated by the bbb. I spent a@ $80 😤! I’m not letting them get away with this At All‼️

Received my biy one get one free order today, but it only had one package in it. They didn't send the free one. It took 13 days for the package to get it. The tracking said it had to clear customs but the return label says it came from California. There is no real way to contact the company expect through email which says the email address is wrong so I googled the company and sent a message that way. Lets pray they respond. I wanted to try the product because it keeps popping up on my social media. I don't really need them but who could pass up being a little more healthy. Now I'm going to go look up the ingredients and make sure they're safe.

I ordered the buy one get one free offer on March 10th, but I still haven't received my items. I contacted the company twice and have not received any response. This is ridiculous and I am never order again

Ordered the buy 1 get 1 total of 120 gummies. After almost a month I only 1 packet of 60 gummies. Emailed the company with picture of 1 packet of 60 gummies, they replied saying they mailed out a larger packet of 120 gummies. I replied back that the packet was only 60 gummies. The email support was blocked.

I would honestly give no stars if it were possible to write a review without giving a star. When I ordered I too ordered the buy 1 get 1 deal. It also said that order usually ship within 2 day and arrive in 7 to 10. It took 15 BUSINESS days. I ordered on 2/26/25 and did not receive the order until 3/19/25. The order confirmation email said if I had questions to just reply to that email. So I did...not deliverable. I went to the website and used the contact us option and got no response. Waited a week and messaged again and got no response. I sent a message Monday (3 days ago) and no response. After finally getting the delivery and seeing they failed, again, to keep up their end of the purchase, I messaged a FOURTH time and still nothing. I got these because why not balance everything you can...good thing I am not actually struggling and hoping the promises the company claims are worth the wait and b.s. Never again. I haven't even opened the product yet. Considering the service and backing of their company I'm not so sure I want to put anything from them in my body. Not that it matters but according to the shipping information the order had to clear customs...but the label says it came from California.

Had ordered the buy 1 get 1 free of the 60 count gummies (120 all together) and only received one bag. Contacted customer service and never got a response. Took a whole month just to get an incomplete order. Will not be ordering again.

If I could give them zero stars I would. One, it took a month to receive the product and two, they offered a buy 1 get one free deal that they didn’t honor. I sent an email the day I received the gummies and that’s been over a week ago. I have received no response. I sent a follow up email today and that email bounced back. I’ve taken the gummies for a week now and there’s no change that I’ve noticed. I plan to finish the bag but I’ll never reorder from She Thrive.

Oplichting!! Ik heb mijn bestelling in januari geplaatst. Het duurde meer dan een maand voordat ik het ontving. Ontvangen 25/02/25 . Ik had 1 + 1 bestel en ontvang maar 1 pack. Ik stuurde meteen mail. Geen Antwoord, stuur opnieuwen mail is niet delivered. Komen nietmeer toe. Ik voel me bestolen. Belogen opgelicht. 40 euro voor 1 pack extreem duur!!! Had beter research gedaan. Koop niet mensen.

I’ll give a zero review if I could. I placed my order to in December. It is taken more than a month to receive and they only sent one packet and tried to convince me that they changed the packaging and I’m getting my free package with 60 Gummies instead of 30. The original website and my receipt which I took a pic of shows 60 Gummies, but the representative is trying to say that they have doubled the Gummies in one package, which is not true because my sister ordered them two months ago and got both of her 60 gummy packages. I am currently fighting with a customer service department. I have sent my fourth email and they considered to say that they’ve doubled the amount of gummy‘s in one package, which is a outright lie. I wish I had searched reviews before buying.

If I could rate them a 0 I would. I placed an order nearly a month ago and my order has not been sent, nor have I been assisted or refunded by customer support. I wish I would have done more research on the company before making my purchase. Lesson learned.

I placed an order Dec 2024 believing the social media hype. She Thrive collected my money, then used some delivery tracking service which has not accountability for the actual delivery. I reached out She Thrive customer service 3 times by email requesting confirmation of the delivery, and without one - a refund. No email response, phone call or follow up. She Thrive stole money from me for a product that probably wouldn't have worked anyway.

Been trying to cancel my subscription for months but it seems to be impossible.
Countless emails sent with not one reply.

Do not sign up to their subscription!!!

this is the only delivery service still offering coconut oil mayo.
I ordered two of them for first time in 5 years.
Both are rancid.
So gross.
I want my 59 dollar membership refunded. no reply.
Their other products have too many carbs.
guess I'll make my own.

I keep going back to Thrive, great flavour and easy to absorb keeps me in the moment. Love this product.

After just a week of taking my Thrive I’m sleeping through the night and waking up in the morning feeling like I’ve had the best sleep which I’ve been without for a long time. Also tastes delicious. Think terry’s chocolate Orange. Will be ordering more!!

I’ve just finished my first bottle and can’t imagine life without Thrive. I feel more at ease, I’m sleeping better and it’s helped with my period pains. Plus the taste of the chocolate orange is just ...🤩💜

I am someone who suffers with stress and anxiety on a daily basis. So I swear by this product and when I say it has changed my life it actually has. It has made me feel much calmer and has helped me sleep better.
