Easy to order and prompt delivery

Super impressed. Order had done manufacturing issues GymFam couldn't have done more suppe speedy communication, replacement and updates. It's when it goes wrong you truly know how a company operates. They were faultless have bought further products as a result.

Absolutely brilliant! I was struggling with the costs at my current gym so worked out the costings of doing my body pump classes at home online and finding this equipment for such a good price & quality was great! I would recommend to anyone!

Purchased a weights bar from here that was exactly the same as the one i use for body pump classes at the gym, but just a different brand so a fraction of the cost. Has saved me so much money as Ive now cancelled my gym membership and use the bar for home workouts. The delivery was really quick and had no problems. Would definitely recommend this to anyone looking at the other brand weight bar as they are identical.

Really pleased with the barbell and weights set that I purchased. Great quality and more or less identical to the equipment used in gym class but a fraction of the cost. Delivery was quick and easy too - not always the case living in Northern Ireland. Highly recommmend.

Fast delivery and great product.

Hugely disappointed- I required the "Next day delivery on all orders" as promoted on the website. After making my purchase just short of £400, I then received a WhatsApp message informing that I'd actually expect my order to be dispatched around Mon-Wed of next week. I expressed that this wasn't made clear on the website and doesn't help to manage expectations. I was informed that there was further information on the website regarding shipping and that the bank holiday had caused delays. I explained my dissatisfaction but confirmed I still needed the equipment and didn't have time to source another retailer. I then received a message that my order would be cancelled and to expect my refund. Just shocking and childish behaviour. So now I have wasted my time and energy yet will not get my order!!

To address the response from the company below- which is fabrication. I made it clear initially I wanted to continue my order and then sent another message confirming it would be a further inconvenience if it was cancelled. This message was viewed some time before the refund was processed, I have the messages of the conversation that cannot be disputed. Issues raised should not be taken personally. Retaliation by deliberately cancelling an order without the customers consent is appalling.

What a great company to deal with. The barbell smart system is 10/10. Customer service is fantastic, I had a slight issue that was dealt with straightaway very impressed.

Brought a home bundle set after looking for a set similar to the one used in my gym, got a great deal on here for the much better value. Pretty much the same as the les mills class I take. Very happy and provided all tracling details as I only work from home in thurs/Friday so emailed them to set shipping for this day. Customer service was great they whatsapped straight away to arrange this. Thank you!
