Fantastic Customer Service
Second to none customer service. Shoes dispatched really quickly, great comms and no issue at all when I had to return them as they were too big. Would definitely buy from again.

Don’t use Royal Mail
Easy to order & kept informed. But I would not use Royal Mail to deliver your packages. From tracking the parcel I found out there wasn’t enough postage on it, so had to wait until they delivered a card, then had to pay online and then get it redelivered. That took them an extra week to finally deliver it!

Outstanding customer service
After placing my order for 2 pairs of shoes I was contacted by We've Got Sole to let me know that when they had checked the shoes ahead of dispatch they found a flaw on one pair and these were the last ones they had. They sent multiple photographs of the issue and offered a discount or a refund depending on whether or notI still wanted them.
I opted for the refund, which was processed swiftly. The other pair of shoes arrived quickly.

Great products and customer service!
Great customer service and selection of trainers! I ordered two pairs of trainers (one for my wife and I), and we are really happy with them. They were delivered on time, I was able to track the delivery through the Shop app, and the communication via Instagram was good too. There was also a really good selection of products, so I would definitely order again!
