What a Holiday Opiniones

Jack Williams was very helpful and his speedy communication was excellent. He tailor made a holiday for us to suit our requirements and nothing was too much trouble. The package he built was excellent value. I would highly recommend What Holidays in particular Jack Williams.

I cannot recommend Joe Edwin enough, he went above and beyond answering all my questions and getting me the best price for my Thailand trip and on Easter Sunday, thank you so much 😊

We used What A Holiday last year and it was a great experience from start to finish.
We visited Istanbul and Antalya and both stays were perfect from the hotels, to the flights, to the transfers.
Looking to book another family holiday this year and will definitely be going to Joe at What A Holiday again as he is an excellent ambassador for the company.

Booked with Brian. Customer service was amazing! He gives you every option and deals and so easy to speak to and ask questions.

Booked with Brian. Absolutely faultless from start to finish. Always on hand to contact 24 hours a day whilst you are on your holiday. The Communication also with the foreign transport on holiday he deals with whilst you are on holiday was exemplary. Never let us down. Always there right time right place. We felt so safe and looked after. This was not just about business and money taking before and when we booked it was about after care also whilst on holiday. (Start to finish). Thanks Brian you did us proud and we will be in touch soon for our next adventure. TS

Just booked a holiday with Summer Dylan to Thailand. Highly recommend both this company and indeed Summer for his help with this holiday and he happily changed anything I asked for. Will definitely book any future holidays with them in the future.

Booked with Kevin James over the weekend who was so helpful, he went above and beyond to sort out the holiday we wanted and to answer the millions of questions we had. Had a fantastic holiday
Supported through the process by Joe Edwin, who made the arranging of the holiday to what we wanted to achieve a good experience.

So far the process has been excellent and smooth! I have booked with Brian and he has been helpful and thorough- can’t wait to visit Thailand in October! Thank you Brian :)

Just been in correspondence with Joe Edwin to search for a holiday. Received excellent service from him, especially when I had to change dates and wanted another a quote with a different airline. He sorted everything out for us!

Booked a holiday today with Brian Travis of What a Holiday. He found us exactly what we were looking for, with a price within the budget we were looking to pay. All booked and paid deposit within a couple of hours of first contacting him.

Had a ffantastic holiday to Thailand booked with Joe Edwin we stayed in Phuket , Phi Phi , & Krabi , all very good hotels with transfers included from minivan to car to speed boat all on time . Would highly recommend booking with Joe @ What A Holiday thank you 👌👌🇹🇭🇹🇭

Best Travel Agent I've dealt with yet! Joe Edwin at WAH was great to deal with - friendly and professional. I was a little worried since it was our first ever 3-resort long haul holiday but everything was meticulously arranged, from room upgrades to every single transfer. Thank you Joe, look forward to dealing with you again.

We booked our trip to Thailand through Joe Edwin at What a Holiday. Joe listened to where we wanted to visit and came up with a tailor made trip to suit us. We changed a couple of hotels and nothing was too much trouble for Joe. Eventually we had a trip which took in 5 different destinations over 18 days. The holiday was sensational with everything running smoothly like clockwork. Our trip included two internal flights within Thailand and a ferry trip to one of the islands. Joe was so easy to deal with and we have no hesitation in recommending What a Holiday.

Booked our holiday with Mark Ferrel in April 2024 and just days ago, returned from our two week holiday!
No words can describe how amazing this trip was. Mark, you are master of your profession. How someone can arrange a holiday for 2 people he has never met is beyond me. The holiday Mark planned for us, made it feel like he knew us personally.
We had three different stays in Thailand with a few taxi rides and boat transfers inbetween. I'd be lying if I said I wasn't filled with anxiety, expecting something to go wrong. How wrong I was! Seamless! From start to finish. The holiday far exceeded our expectations and we would turn to Mark for future holidays without hesitation. So grateful to Mark and 'What a Holiday' for helping us to create memories that will last a lifetime.
