We were ably assisted by Kevin throughout the booking process, with Kevin taking care of all flights, hotels, transfers and excursions.
Everything went smoothly which allowed for us to relax, as an extended party of 7, and simply relax and enjoy our trip.

Adam, from What A Holiday, organised our holiday to Vietnam & Thailand. Although a few hurdles getting documentation sent through, Adam dealt with this and found a solution.
We gave him some info about our chosen destination and he customised a holiday to suit our preferences.

Booking process
I contacted the agency regarding a Thailand multi-centre holiday and was impressed by the service I received from Adam.
He responded very quickly after I submitted my enquiry, answered all of my questions, and was very helpful throughout the process. As this is my first time booking with the company, I had quite a few questions about the itinerary, dates, transfers, and booking process.
Adam took the time to discuss different date options with me over the phone, explained how the internal transfers would work, and provided a detailed itinerary. He was patient and professional.
Based on my experience so far, I have found Adam to be knowledgeable, responsive, and easy to deal with. Thank you for all your help.
