Kevin has been an absolute star arranging my up coming trip to Abu Dhabi and The Maldives. He has been extremely informative, always on the other end of the phone to answer my many queries. Nothing was too much trouble for him, he was super quick at responding and he was really patient while I made a decision. Thanks Kevin for making the whole booking experience so smooth and easy.

Was looking to book a holiday to Maldives and Brian Travis was ever so helpful. I was going back and forth so many times with different dates and resorts and comparing other places but he was very patient and always replied promptly to any of my queries. Just come back from a nine day holiday to Dubai booked with what a holiday joe Edwin was a great guy very helpful made booking easy the holiday was perfect can’t wait to book again for next year the hotel was perfect the children had a amazing time thanks Joe for making it perfect holidays will definitely book through joe at what a holiday for next year.

Our group of 4 went on holiday to Rui Bambu Hotel in the Dominican Republic. My advice is , do not go to this hotel as it desperately needs up dating . Bedside lights bent where they should not of been . Sinks were really badly cracked , sockets falling off and dangerous. Sockets were not working. Mosquito screen missing from patio doors.
The worse thing was 3 out of 4 of us suffered severe diarrhoea within 3 days of the holiday and carried on after we got home . We discovered it was probably the water being poured as soon as we sat in the dining area. One of our party did not drink any of the water in the dining areas and did not suffer from any diarrhoea. We thought the jugs of water were filled with bottled water, but it was not. One of our party saw them actually going over to a big plastic container to refill the jugs, bingo there was our problem. If you do visit this hotel, don't be falled by thinking this water is ok. We talked to other guests about it and it seamed lots of guest had the same problem. The food was also cold and did not change much.
Also we found staff very rude and intimidating, seamed they did not like the English. You either got ignored or spoke rudely too with no please and thank you or even a smile. The entertainment seamed to be all in Spanish and no consideration on speaking any English. The attitude was take it or leave it.
Definitely would not go back again.
I will say on a positive note, even though the hotel was falling apart, it was kept very clean , rooms and grounds. Such a shame that the service did not match.

My girlfriend and I had wanted to go to Thailand for quite some time and managed to find this company advertising a competitive price on social media to visit Phuket , the Phi Phi islands and Krabi

After doing some research on the company I spoke with Mark and he gave me a great deal and 3 x amazing hotels

We have just returned from the most amazing holiday to Costa Rica. Joe Edwin has been our travel advisor and agent and put together the most fantastic trip for us. Kevin was blinding! Me and my family were overwhelmed with what to do with our trip to Thailand prior to coming across What a Holiday (& Kevin). We had no idea where to start but along came Kevin who made the whole experience so much easier. I can only apologise to him as we kept asking for changes and alternatives but Kevin was patient, helpful and an overall legend with making sure we got everything we wanted! Zoey Sandler put us an itinerary together for Thailand trip Nov25

All arrangements worked out great - hotels were good -
one (khaolak emerald spa) was stunning 5* with private beach and private pool as well as pool near bar
Zoey arranged cars from airport to our hotel Patong (then car to Khaolak) then car to Krabi - final car Krabi back to Phuket airport - all were nice cars - prompt friendly drivers - all there 5mins early. Zoey contacted us during our stay to make sure we were ok and if we needed any help with anything.
All in all we received 5* service and will book with Whataholiday again.
I can definitely recommend them.
