The service level was outstanding, we had a large change of circumstances very close to departure, involving some major changes and even though we could not get an outcome we would have liked, the agents took full ownership and went much more than the extra mile to communicate with us and the holiday providers.

I travelled solo due to an unfortunate health issue, everyone at Whataholiday performed outstanding service, offering me updated documents, they were super stars with support, communications and personal attention that meant I had a fabulous time before, during and after my holiday.

Kevin, in particular held my hand electronically throughout, he messaged me many times, and made me feel that I had an invisible comfort person keeping me safe in the background. He was so caring I could not have wished for more.

I would not hesitate to recommend this company, and as an older solo female their service was truly outstanding.

Jack was fantastic in helping me organise my holiday for April next year! He made planning four different destinations feel effortless and stress-free. Clear communication, and helpful suggestions gave me complete confidence that everything is well taken care of. I really appreciate his professionalism and friendly approach—highly recommend him!

. Our holiday to Thailand 3 centre resorts was planned perfectly. Joe helped us plan the holiday. Our VIP transport was on time every change of destination. Brian has been absolutely fantastic in helping us book our honeymoon to Mexico. From the very beginning, he made the whole experience stress-free and enjoyable. Where do I start, a great experience from start to finish.
1 - Easy to communicate with
2 - Sorted any issues promptly
3 - Mark Ferrel was so polite and a great agent
4 - Holiday went so smoothly with no hitches
5 - our rep from destination Asia was lovely and helpful, we booked a few tours through them and they were amazing
6 - Every part of the holiday was absolutely magical
7 - So much to do and see (Paradise)
8 - The kids loved it aswell so made the holiday so much easier

10 - The hotels were amazing
11 - the food in Thailand is delicious and cheap (night markets are amazing especially blue moon night market in Krabi)
12 - The only issue we had was not wanting to go home 🤣 we definitely wasn't ready

Quick Pre trip service feedback for Kevin from “what a holiday”. Firstly I have to say Kevin was incredibly helpful, extremely responsive and looked into every possible Hotel request with speed. Not only did he deliver much cheaper quotes than other companies, he secured my hotel only booking at a fraction of the cost. I am extremely impressed, the ATOL document was received moments after I made the booking. Kevin explained everything and he was extremely helpful! I look forward to completing my trip!

Just back from the Maldives booked it via what a holiday. I've had many a holiday over the years and I can honestly say without a shadow of a doubt this is my absolute favourite and go to now. We've used them a few times and would rate them 100% fantastic. We always use Brian, he is very patient and knowledgeable in his job and a credit to the company. Brian is actually one of the reasons we use this company. Our go to when we were away was Crystal. What a holiday keep in touch with you the whole time your away via what's app, we had 4 messages from crystal in the 10 days of our trip which we've never had with any other company. Every step of our booking was also guided by Brian, when to check in, when to apply for visas etc, the man is fantastic. All in all if you haven't booked then booked. We will be using the again next year when hopefully Brian and Crystal will still be there.

Just booked a holiday to the Maldives with help from Jack Williams. He couldn’t do enough for me.
I sent him across so many requests for different hotels, different dates, different lengths of holiday. I even sent across other quotes from other companies and he beat the price and save me a lot of money, Even managed to get a free room upgrade!!
I was using their Facebook messenger service and his responses were very quick with so much detail and lots of photos.
Can’t wait to go March 2026!!!

Honestly, I know understand why they're called what a holiday. Incredible. Thanks to Joe Edwin. I've never booked a multi destination holiday before and was a little anxious to tell the truth and about travelling so far (Thailand) with our 5 year old. We've had a few issues this holiday (no ones fault) but there has been help and support whenever we needed it.
The hotels and locations have been fantastic and the trip to Elephant Hills was something we'll never forget.

Well what can I say?!

We had the most amazing holiday to Dubai and the Maldives.

Joe Edwin was incredible and organised everything we wanted. We changed our minds multiple times before we booked and he was so patient just wanting to make sure we got exactly what we wanted and that’s exactly what we got.

We stayed in the Atlantis in Dubai which was out of this world and then we travelled to paradises

Siyam world int he Maldives was more than we could ever have dreamt of. Joe was so knowledgeable of the villas available and we had the most beautiful Ocean villa which was private and on the quietest side of the island near the adults only bar - perfect 😊

I can’t thank What a holiday enough for making our dream holiday a reality.

We’re already looking at booking our next one 😊
