James really helped me in my search for GLA that I really wanted in my budget!
I believe it took 48 hours in the moment we made contact on the Monday to me committing to the vehicle by the Wednesday! I had the vehicle Friday night, and couldn’t be happier! Really quick process and they do everything for you. Also, James was not at all pushy and left all decision making to me!

Myself and My Wife was put in contact with Tom.

Tom was absolutely amazing he helped with everything from getting involved with the IVA we are going though to searching for the cars we was interested in with any details we have in from having tinted rear windows to DAB and parking censors.

From a customers point of view I felt that I had to do the bare minimum other than send a few emails. Everything else Tom dealt with.

I would highly remember using wheels good finance to anyone.
I will be using them again 100%.

I came across the advert online and completed the simple form to get an idea of what I could get in terms of funds for my much needed next car.

I posted an earlier review on Wheelie Good Finance and nothing has changed re: this absolute brilliant customer and after care service which I really stand by. However,extremely let down and disappointed by the dealership we have dealt with from both ends, who simply do not care for their customers and the service provided is the worst I have certainly come across in all my years of being a consumer. I have had to plan how to get the car fixed, have had to drive the car to the dealership's "mate" to reset defects and faults,an absolute plethora of issue after issue from kerbed alloys,inop lights, inop radio,faulty brakes and the list goes on.To any new customers,I urge you to please ask Wheelie Good Finance to do their utmost due diligence when electing a dealership partner as the one/car I chose well has currently left me without a vehicle after part exchanging mine and the one purchased is POOR.

I had the pleasure of dealing with James from start to finish. He worked his socks off helping me find cars, and investigating the large amount of cars I kept throwing his way!
