I had contacted several different vendors when trying to sell my car. Wheelsaway gave me the best price by quite a bit and the pick up date was only two days away. The whole process was simple and I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

Everything was so easy. Communication was excellent

Didn't get the "guaranteed" amount. I was contacted twice by WheelsAway for details about the car. I explained (twice) that the titled owner of the car was deceased and my son was officially the estate administrator who gave me a bill of sale. I was told to have copies of the paperwork when the tow driver arrived. But when he arrived, I was told it was too much paperwork and the price was cut by 20%.

Pricing sucked truck was inspected and was I still running. Wanted to give me below scrap value 350.00. I took it to my local scrap yard and got 742.00. wouldn't recommend to anyone not even people I don't like .

What a great experience. Wheels away. Was without a doubt the best buyer I dealt with. I would recommend them very highly. Luke was a great person to talk to. He answered all my questions, and made this a pleasant experience. Price was great.

Tow truck arrived at appointed time, making transfer of documents and automobile go smooth as snot on a door knob.

It's hard to find the quality of customer service that Wheelsaway provides nowadays.

Driver Was On Time Super Nice Did Awesome Work plus they do what they say they will do

My ford 2022 Escape transmission went out. The cost to fix it was so costly I started looking for ways to get the most out of my car and buy lease a new car. I can across a few companies that dealt with buying you car as is. I didn’t owe anything on the Escape and the body was in great conditition. After filling out the info for a couple companies they all made offers based upon what I told them honestly about the card. Wheels away was $500 more than the competition. The service was superb, I was leery about taking a check and turning over my car to them but read the reviews and it all seemed legit. It was and was very happy with the outcome.

My liaison Joe was incredibly polite, readily available for contact and kept me in the loop with updates every step of the process during which he handled every bump in the road that arose with almost no additional effort on my part! This process could not have been less painful and I'm so extremely grateful for that.

Lied to me said they give us one price and come out get the vehicle then changed price abd never picked up the vehicle

Gentleman was very efficient and friendly. Transaction went smoothly.

Quick and easy

I was given a price and agreed to that. I was told who would pick it up. They never scheduled so I called as instructed and after a few phone calls a time was scheduled and they never showed for pick up. When I called wheelsaway back they were of no help.
