Great experience except they came for pick up on the wrong day. No complaints about anything else.

After weeks of delay, I FINALLY MAILED the Power Of Attorney this morning through the U.S. Post Office to the Capital Auto Auction!

What made this experience great was how easy it was to let go of a car I loved, that still had much life left in it, but was beyond my capacity to continue repairs.

Everything. They made the entire process easy

So helpful and worked well within my timeline. The people I spoke with on the phone and dealt with upon pickup were truly the kindest most caring team!
Great experience 👍
So happy about the outcome

Always a pleasure

Incredibly friendly and helpful people in making the donation process awesomely easy and successful for people in need!!!

Quick process and was informed every step of the way. Very pleased with everything.

They responded quickly and scheduled the pick up in a timely manner.

The receipt process is confusing. I'm not sure if I have a final receipt or waiting for the car to be sold/disposed of before I get one.

The whole donation process was simple and easy to do. I was amazed at how quickly they responded to me and how quickly they picked up the car……great experience!

Everything was handled easily and quickly, a really great thing to do made easy!

They gave me very specific instructions, a phone number if I had a question, and left nothing unanswered. The pick-up person was here promptly, was very professional and courteous. Thanks to your team for a very successful donation!
