The available range of choices. The ease of ordering and lay out of the site in general. The chat box that has a real person. Parcel well packed and arrived in A1 condition. Thanks all round.

Atomiser issue
When I opened the package I was really excited, it arrived pretty fast and the customer service team was pretty easy to talk to.
The only thing I had an issue with is the atomiser of my fragrance not working, I've tried switching atomiser caps but that hasn't done anything and its still broken.

Pretty happy with the service overall
Pretty happy with the service overall. I was hoping for newer batches of the colognes, but received 2024 batches instead. Delivery was quick and hassle-free, which was a big plus. Overall, a satisfactory experience.

I loved the perfume i bought
I loved the perfume i bought. They have huge collection of Fregranc. Very reasonable price as compare with others. Sometimes they have special discounts. The best thing i love is, they keep adding the new collection. Delivery is fast and easy to track. There perfumes are Genuine. I have bought few times and I never disappointed.
