Great product makes the car look great

You said they arrived but they hadn’t so after loads of emails you sent out again by the time they had come they were the wrong size. When I told you you did nothing and ignored my emails! You’re a scam company and I will be getting my solicitor involved!

the mat quality is quite good but they do tend to slip around even with the correct fittings on them. i wanted to order the carpet mats with the logos on but unsure which ones to order but don’t seem to get any response

The quality of the fully fitted mats are OK and a good fit in the rear . The front not so good which is let down by the fixing method, the clips are good but still slide and the velco to stop the mats moving let down the whole package. I have raised OEM fixing turn buttons in my Lexus NX which would have resolved the problem had I been able to use them and not use the velco and the need to leave the OEM mats in position to allow a flat floor . The secondary mats are a poor quality whilst they fit well and locate on the fixing buttons on the fitted mats they don't enhance the quality of the fully fitted mats or the interior unlike the OEM ones supplied. The advert shows a nice clunk click fit but sadly that is not the case when fitting them to my car.
The reason for 4 stars is the fitted mats are well made the Logo looks smart. the diamond stitching is neat and uniform . They fit well to the contours of the floor pan. Just let down by the method of securing in place and the poor quality secondary mats

Have not fully fitted the mats yet but I think a comprehensive installation book should be issued with the purchase

Mats look good and fit in place. It's keeping them there that's the problem and whip mats didn't really offer any practical advice on how to do that? Also, the plastic clips are useless as they don't anywhere near fit my car?

Mats arrived by the estimated time. Once fitted they looked pretty good. Doesn’t fit exactly as described but still happy with the product. As a taxi driver I purchased to try and keep car a lot cleaner and so far I’m happy with my purchase.

Great product and perfect fit

Accuracy of cut and shape of mats was first rate but I think a bit more thought should go into the fitting. My mats have been in the car for a few weeks now and it is now I think about the fitting of the velcro anchors especially at the seat end of the mats.An honest and ongoing view.
