Really unhappy with the customer service. A incorrect photo of the item was online so I was under the impression I was getting something that did not arrive. As I’d had it gift wrapped and given the gift before realising. I was told by customer service to return it as the only option, this wasn’t possible after giving the gift. I was met with very inflexible and rude customer service, no suggestions of “let’s see what we can do” or “let’s try and make it right”. Really unhappy with the experience and wouldn’t recommend. I understand as a small business owner myself that you can’t make it work financially if you’re always sending freebies out (but I didn’t ask for this) and again as a small business owner you get the benefit of being able to think outside the box and treat customers with extra care. This was definitely not the 5 star customer service suggested.

Added after reply: yes a full refund was offered but only if the gift was sent back… which I am unable to do as it’s been gifted (to a 4 year old who doesn’t live locally). It may not be rude by your standards but being met with coldness and lack of flexibility or understanding seems pretty rude to me.

What a wonderful company! Ordering was easy alongside a decent Black Friday discount. I received my order quickly; gift wrapped with a hand written note of thanks! Very personal, which makes a change. I will order from them again for sure!

I ordered some gifts for my daughter for Christmas and they arrived all individually & beautifully gift wrapped, I was so pleased I couldn’t be happier. Lovely customer service and in my eyes really made this little company sat and out from the crowd, will be using again! Kate

Ordered on line and collected from store. Very good shop to deal with.

Nice item but very poor customer care. My paid receipt indicates 3-5 workings days for deliver but it took more than 2 weeks due to holidays break but when i rang or emailed nothing indicated that to me.

Would definitely recommend x lovely owner who went above and beyond to make sure things were right for me and beautiful service and shop. Will definitely be back x

A lovely childrens shop in Deal, Kent, owned and ran by ex-Selfridges buyer Nicola. Colourful clothes, toys, and gifts for babies, toddlers and young children. Even had some adult clothing too. Nicola does deliveries, gift wrapping and will even write your cards for you.
