Still not receive the bottles yet
Still not receive the bottles yet. If possible, do not use DHL, other sites use Fedex and we have never encounter issues with Fedex. Really disappointing.

Great web based auction site
Great web based auction site. Very clear and easy to join and operate. Just sold bottle of Bourbon on the 3rd December and money in my account on the 9th. Only regret is I don't have another one to sell. Thanks to all at Whisky.auction.

Response, The reason i have nort dompketed aa apcking slip is that I dleiver goods directly rather than a courier and then write what's been delivered
When dealing with W.A, they have a great website and everything is very clear. Their packaging and delivery service is outstanding and their telephone response first class,
The only concern is their insistence that for any sales one must give a National Insurance Number and any tax ID, AFTER the sal has been made or they will not release th funds, Such demnds shoud be informed before items are entered,

Packing for delivery
Packing for delivery , especially cardboard boxes, has to be done properly. The boxes need to be folded flat and the bottles placed in a air bubble package. Not put the bottles into the actual cardboard boxes , thus damaging them while putting them packaging into bigger boxes, for transit..
Furthermore, if your auction house offered 0% sellers commission, you would get more sellers , selling on your site..just saying as a regular seller..

The process took about a month (including listing items, the auction preview and the auction), but I expected it all to take longer. I am delighted with the results.
