Thank you very much for your review.
I'm sorry to hear that you think that Random.org is perhaps no random at all. However, I'm afraid to say that it's independently reviewed and all draws are completely random.
Yes, we do have names that come up regularly but that is generally because they enter numerous times in each competition, thereby increasing their chances.
I should also point out that while we have a very loyal customer base, new winners do happen all the time. In fact, as I check - the last draw we held was won by a new winner. Likewise, over half of the recent 12 prize anniversary draw was won by new players.
