Sorry I didn’t read these low score reviews prior to booking with this company. Had a similar experience as others with booking an accommodation and paying, only to have it changed hours before arriving to a less expensive place further from the resort. Ghosted after arriving and leaving multiple voicemails. Not a good company and plan to share my bad experience all over social media to make others aware.

We had such a great stay! The location was perfect and quiet and the condo was clean, well-appointed, and comfortable. Peter was so helpful and proactive. We will definitely stay next time we're in Whistler!

Peter was an excellent and responsive host. He provided clear instructions. Very nice townhouse which was extremely well cleaned for our arrival. Close to lifts (and bus stop). 2 reserved parking spots was a bonus. The private hot-tub added to the overall excellent stay!

Perfect location - 3 minute walk/ skate to the ski hill with immediate access to the Blackcomb gondola or a quick ride down the Excalibur gondola to the Whistler base. The condo was very clean, and the balcony offers privacy. 5 minute drive/ 15 minute walk to the village. We would definitely stay again!

SCAM ALERT! Do NOT book with a person working under the name of Peter Roberts of Whistler Village Condos, he also works under Admira Properties. Peter would not provide an address for our fully paid 4 BR condo at Cedar Hollow when requested. We booked in Sept 2025, paid in full 2 payments by Nov 2025, when I asked for unit address Peter Roberts stalled and said he would provide 2 weeks before our 1/31/26 arrival. I called, I texted, I emailed continuously. 1 week before we were to arrive he said there was a mix up and another party with the same last name was sent our reservation??? Then he said would get it fixed, then he said he would get a comparable condo because the other party was not getting back to him?? He sent pics of another 4 BR condo, I located the owner & confirmed he had 0 discussions with them, yet he said he was 99% certain it would be available for us. 2 days before my entire family was flying 2,000+ miles he said would refund, but he did not refund at that time. He would not confirm an available condo. I contacted BCMP and the Mayor of Whistler, both were very invested in my complaint and are currently working with me to pursue further. I called and texted at least 50x +, he would not answer regarding a refund. 2 days after we were to arrive I received a partial refund, 4 days after we were to arrive I received a 2nd partial refund, I have not been refunded in full. I have not been made whole and I had to spend several thousand more dollars at the last minute to secure a unit. DO NOT let Peter Roberts take your money! Peter Roberts lies, takes money, holds money and does not refund fully paid reservations. Peter Roberts does not communicate, I have since learned he has done this multiple times. I will be pursuing this fraudulent property manager to the fullest extent possible. Additionally I have notified the owner of at least 1 of the condos that he is fraudulently advertising their property under Whistler Village Condos. Booked for one week. Everything was great except a small Wi-Fi issue, but after contacting the host, they sent someone to fix it right away! Really appreciated the quick response.

SCAM ALERT - OH MY GOD THEY EVEN WIPED OUT THEIR BAD REVIEWS??!

It wasn't until Peter Roberts of Whistler Village Condos did not refund my over $5000 deposit which he promised to refund in "48-72 hrs" that I discovered all the one star reviews of him and his other companies, Admira Property Management and Luxury Condos. He has been scamming people for almost 20 years and is continuing it appears!?

Amazing stay at this Whistler Village condo! The location was unbeatable — right in the village with easy access to shops, restaurants, and the gondola. The place was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed. Check-in was super easy and the host was very responsive. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!

We had an amazing stay at 4743 Cassabella crescent. Our party of 6 had plenty of room in this clean and well appointed condo. We had everything we needed for a terrific ski weekend. Gondola was walking distance or you could hop on the bus just steps away from the place.

Our ski-in ski-out Whistler accommodation was clean and exactly as pictured.
