Excellent service. We had packing and everything was done in a speedy and professional manor and the boxes/ pictures/ furniture were well packed with no damage occurring. Everything went to plan and all staff were friendly and courteous, including booking staff in the office.
The local depot picked up the boxes when we had unpacked.
Would highly recommend.

Very good experience with my removal within Bournemouth. Team arrived on time and were prepared. Did an excellent job of loading all my items. Could have benefited from some tools to help move large pieces of furniture - minor scuff damage to corners and walls. Excellent job unloading items at the new house. Brought extra staff to help unload once the keys had been received. I would definitely consider using them again.

Had a delivery from Majorca to here. Packing went well, as did the unpacking. Items in storage at the moment but the staff I had were chatty,polite and respectful. Second time we have used this company and very happy with the experience.

From first visit to give us a quote we were impressed how at ease White & Company made us feel . We used removal and storage everything was exactly as planned . Everything was put in storage for over three months when we completed on new property everything was delivered to our new property all put in rooms where we needed it , all the contents of our house were in
Perfect order, nothing was broken . Would highly recommend .

Packing 15/12/25 Delivering to Minehead 16/12/25 Items to be removed to new location were packed well and the removal men worked hard Furniture etc was delivered to Minehead and the removal men worked hard to bring items into our new property
The only problem was after the removal people had left on the 15th the new people coming in found 1 kitchen cupboard with all items in it, so we had to quickly cram as many items as we could into our car. We had to leave some items behind but fortunately these were mainly inexpensive items.

Very professional and helpful.

My wife and I were apprehensive re our move from Poole,Dorset to Crieff,Perthshire. Needed have worried. Our driver Andy from the Dunfermline branch made it a walk in the park. He packed China on the Monday, loaded the van with help from Bournemouth branch on Tuesday and drove to Scotland on the Wednesday. This gave us ample to drive to Scotland to meet the van on the Thusday. Everything ran smooth as clockwork with on time deliveries and no damage. Andy and his crews were very polite and efficient at both the English and Scottish ends of the operation.

They were very good. Came the day before moving to pack. On the moving day they had completed loading all by 10.30am. Unfortunately the completion did not take place until 1.15 pm which delayed them and they finished up unloading in the dark. However they kept going until everything was unloaded. Happy with this service

The removal workers were brilliant.
The two of them( with much needed third person on Day 1) worked tirelessly, carefully and with utmost courtesy. They managed to complete the packing and loading with minutes to spare.
The unloading in Birmingham was similarly of the highest standard and our daughter-in-law who received them could not praise them highly enough.
And nothing broken, or even bruised!

We used White&company for our house move and they were brilliant. Mark and George were highly professional throughout and worked very efficiently they made our day alot less stressful. If we ever moved again, we would use them again and I will be recommending to friends!.

Excellent service from Rory and George. Great communication through the move. The removal lads professionally packed our belongings with great care, ready for shipment to New Zealand. Very friendly and extremely helpful.

Professional, good service

Collection was made very easy. Chaps that arrived were polite, helpful and well organised. In Spain, there was a delay in delivery, but they kept us up to date with progress, again were well organised and extremely polite. They even ended up delivering on a Sunday morning!

Turned up as arranged. Speedy. Nothing was too much trouble.
Mike and Steve were a brilliant team. They were not fazed by anything. A particularly heavy sofa bed was deconstructed, moved upstairs and reassembled. That was fantastic.
All beds were reassembled. All furniture placed where we requested (and there was a lot upstairs).
Mike and Steve made us feel confident about the move.
The admin team were also great. The exchange and completion dates kept moving but the office was very flexible and agreed dates at short notice.

They were very efficient and quick loading and delivering. Only thing was they didn't put boxes in the rooms stated on the box, as they were all piled up in the lounge

Both ends were helpfully transacted and the staff were effective and friendly.

The team were extremely swift in packing on day one and always asked if they were not sure about some items.
On day two we arrived at East Street to find the sellers removal team were nowhere near to being complete.
My team were able to make use of the delay by moving all of the shed, garage items up the long way round to my new shed. They also brought my summer house up the tricky path.
Everything in the house was positioned as requested.
In the whole move nothing was broken or damaged.
