The company only sent a team of two to pack up a 3 bed semi with outdoor and shed items. The men on the job could not have been lovelier but they were under-resourced. We ended up paying for them to eat dinner with us because they had so much to move. An item of furniture was accidentally damaged and the claims process has been something of a farce - resulting in £25 for a £300 piece of furniture that was in perfect condition before the move. I was only glad nobody was hurt in the incident but the company have not acknowledged the health and safety issue towards their staff. For this reason I couldn't recommend this company - it's a tough job and more men on the job would have been more efficient for us and also less expensive and inconvenient.

The three guys you sent were polite, respectful & grafters. They took care of every item as though it was their own. They turned up early & didn't stop all day.

The team that packed and removed my contents etc. arrived on time, both days, and performed very well. All 3 were very polite and efficient, working very hard to accomplish the removal within the timescales. I did wonder if the initial assessment had underestimated the volume of work required, but the extra manpower that arrived to do the unloading at our new address proved valuable.

From the first call that was made to waving the chaps on the lorry goodbye, I can describe the whole process with White And Company as a faultless service and an excellent experience. They were outstanding and nothing was too much trouble in helping pack up and move my home of nearly 30 years.

From the time I enquired about a booking to the collection then delivery of my item Carlton and the team were courteous and professional. The collection and delivery were on time as pre advised.
