White & Company PLC - Plymouth Opiniones

Curious, careful and diligent packing and loading

The service from the company was excellent . The office staff and removal men were very helpful .The latter working quickly and cheerfully and nothing was too much trouble. My daughter and I couldn't have wished for a better service.

Very speedy load and unload of contents
And garden. Happy customer

A very professional service provided by Jay, Lee, Daryl and Jon on behalf of Whites, couldn't have been happier with the way it was conducted.

We had the pleasure of Jay Halcrow and Luke Richards move our house. Both were simply brilliant. Very chatty, nothing was too much trouble and were a genuine asset to the company. Would absolutely use White & Company to do house moves in the future.

Excellent service. The staff (Lewis Lakeman, Jon Smith and Paul Peters) were very helpful and courteous, even offering to relocate some very heavy furniture when I changed my mind! They arrived promptly and were flexible to accommodate our needs. Top service!

Whit & Company PLC communicated clearly from the start, providing all the information we need to understand our move and how it would work. The moving team were pu ctual, professional, and effective with no time-westing and a strong work first attitude. Packaging was secure and out items were delivered as expected.
One suggestion for other customers: pack and keep valuable or sentimental items with you. On the day of Packaging we missed to take our two childrens piggy bank with us and left with the team. During unpacking we found one but other was missing. I am not assining blame, but it was upsetting and a good remi to keep high vale or sentimental items in personal custody.
Overall, we had a good experience with the company and appriciated the quality of service.

Fantastic removal service from Kyle Withenford and Paul Peters this morning. Both highly professional and completed the job in swift order. Thank you!

We had a complicated move with a 300 mile trip to a new location from Plymouth to the North West. Half of furniture to be put into storage and half to be delivered to a different location. Lewis & Luke from Plymouth arrived on time and with a huge lorry for all our house and garden furniture. They were pleasant and polite throughout. They worked hard and efficiently. They were clear about what was required and didn't make any errors. They diligently wrapped and loaded items and were professional at all times. What made such a difference is that positively enjoyed their work even though its such a physically hard job! They were a pleasure to work with and made what I thought would be a really difficult day fun. Their cheeriness was infectious! Everyone that I have worked with from the company from Andy the Surveyor to Karen in the office has been professional, helpful and kind. I have moved a lot and this is easily the best firm I've used.

I was happy with my move and Jay and Luke were super helpful and friendly. All my items arrived safe and in perfect condition.

I've never used a removals company before so didn't know what to expect.
From the initial consultation call I was guided through the process up to the event itself. The guys on the day(s) were incredibly. So hard working, and so accomodating.

Very efficient and professional crew both at collection and delivery steps,we made the right choice .

Everyone we encountered at the Plymouth branch was friendly, helpful and professional with a customer- focussed approach to their work. Lewis, Paul and Luke, our removal crew ‘on the day’ were particularly cheerful, helpful and efficient and it seemed that nothing was too much trouble for them. The singing while they worked was an added bonus!!!
All in all we can strongly recommend this firm and their Plymouth staff

Kyle and John were great, arrived early, very efficient and super friendly. Thoroughly recommend them 😁

The guys which moved me over two days were brilliant- all very helpful and worked really hard and got the job done. Thank you.

Our recent experience with white & company was fantastic from start to finish! We had Lewis and Jordan from the Plymouth branch and they arrived right on time, worked efficiently, and handled all our belongings with great care. They were friendly, professional, and went above and beyond to make the move as smooth and stress-free as possible.
Everything arrived safely and was placed exactly where we wanted it in the new home. We couldn’t be happier with the service and would highly recommend white & company to anyone looking for reliable and professional movers. Thanks again for making our move so easy!

Trustworthy and reliable service. Clear documentation of services offered and later agreed. All items moved with care. Job satisfactorily completed. Staff well mannered and punctual.

Kyle and Richard were an absolute credit to your company. They made everything simple and no effort at all. it made the whole process run on rails. Please make sure they get some recognition from your company.

The team arrived on time and quickly got to work wrapping all our furniture and carefully loaded onto vehicle. When it returned in as was condition it was quickly unloaded and unwrapped. Excellent job and service.

Had two guys Jay and Luke come to pack and take away. They were really great. Nothing was too much trouble, everything was packed carefully.
I’m sure everything will arrive safely.
