Overall very good
The move was done very well - nothing was lost on route and only a couple of minor bits of damage. It was a little rushed but the guys worked really hard and were very friendly. Coming to collect the boxes after the move was also really useful. Would use Whites again.

First experience of using a removal company
The plan to do the move from Hampshire to Wales over 3 days was certainly the best way to do it and meant it was certainly less stressful. The lads turned up on time, worked really hard and ensured that everything ran smoothly. They took into consideration all our requirements and there were no issues. This was the first time we had used a removal company and it was an excellent experience.

Going the extra mile ... and some!
Where do I start? Russel, Taylor and Paul turned up on the first day and worked like trojans to load two vans with ‘non-essentials’. Note that the country lanes did not allow for large removable vans. They were highly professional and respectful, taking care with every item they packed, explaining in some cases what they were doing and why. On the second day, Dave joined them with a third van to load the remainder. We then travelled in convey to our new house and unloaded the three vans, again with great care. Unfortunately, due to a miscalculation, not all of our possessions could be loaded so Taylor and Paul travelled over 40 miles back to collect the remainder while Russel and Dave completed the unpacking. They eventually arrived back at our new house about 7pm and completed the unpacking by 8pm. We were prepared to wait a couple of days for the remainder but they insisted on ensuring that we had everything. Now that is what I call going the extra mile!

Paul & Russel worked extremely hard…
Paul & Russel worked extremely hard throughout the day. They were understanding and careful and happy to accommodate our arrangement with transfer from a 1st floor storage unit to our property. We’re so grateful that they agreed to undertake the job given the parking situation we encountered.
Would happily use them again.

Move to Jersey
White and company have carried out 3 removals for us in the last 6 years ( two of which have been to Jersey) in a most efficient manner and packed and handled our furniture and belongings with great care. The two young men who came to carry out the removal were polite and courteous at all times and we have been most impressed with White and Company on each occasion
