Absolutely shocking with their communication to shareholders. One of the Directors, Debbie W, outright lied and when I called he out and asked for honest and transparent comms, she ignored me. Laughable, if I wasn't contributing to the 'service' costs...

Rebecca was an absolute gem and was extremely thorough and helpful in assisting us with buying our flat. Rebecca kept us in the loop at all times and helped keep things moving. Thank you for everything. Would highly recommend!

I had an excellent experience with White & Sons Estate Agents when buying and selling my home. The sale process was very complicated and messy, but I appreciated their support immensely - they really went above and beyond their normal duties to help me through it.

In a very challenging, slow market the staff at Reigate Branch sympathetically led us through selling our property over the 12 months it was for sale, before accepting a suitable offer.
Rebecca was very responsive, keeping on top of the chain, using all her experience to help the sale proceed within the time frame agreed.

Communication and chasing from Rebecca Thomas was consistent, persistent and proactive throughout the entire sale, despite a long process.

My partner and I worked with Jordon on finding. A property. Unfortunately, he didn’t find us one but, we had a fantastic experience with him. Jordon was always available to do last minute viewings for us and was very flexible on timings given that we both work in London during the week. The houses were always well presented and Jordon had really done his research to show us round. Thank you very much Jordon!

White &Sons were very helpful and efficient throughout the whole process. Freya was very friendly and supportive, making sure everything went smoothly. Would really recommend them.

The sale of our farm fell through a week before Christmas and I was given the news by my solicitor. The buyer's solicitor said that they had already informed our agent, White and Sons, Leatherhead some days previously. I had not been contacted by the agency. I phoned their office and was told that the person dealing with the sale was away until after Christmas and someone at the office would get back to me shortly. No-one from White and Sons contacted me with any explanation or update, despite several subsequent phones calls. After a week of this, just prior to Christmas and in total frustration, I emailed them to terminate our contract due to non-communication. As of 19th January, I have received no response at all, even to acknowledge termination of our contract. Quite extraordinary behaviour and very poor business model, not to mention rude and disrespectful. So, no, could not recommend this agency.

Moving home is ranked as one of the most stressful life events for a reason and, whilst superficially simple, mine ended up being particularly complicated. Buying my new home dragged on for almost ten months for a number of different and unanticipated reasons. My weekly visits to see Rebecca and the rest of the team always managed to be light hearted but professional. She managed to hold together a fragile chain even when things got very sticky with just her own charm and my promise of Haribo. I am delighted with my new home and also the service that White and Sons gave me.

I made a somewhat nonstandard enquiry and called the Dorking branch for a piece of information. They were extremely helpful and pleasant on the phone. Thank you.

The team at White & Sons are excellent. They knew the property well, were responsive, helpful and not pushy. Lovely team to deal with.

We have recently sold our property and from start to finish the whole team have been great. We have personally liaised with Cedric, Jago and Jack with our sale. Cedric valued our property and was really professional and helped us feel supported with our decisions. The team have helped and answered every question we have had. They have been efficient in answering enquiries and giving us updates as and when needed. We couldn't fault the team, they were all great!

I had a very good experience, although the whole process was incredibly stressful (which wasn't down to White & Sons), Rebecca and the team were always very helpful and responsive. We were first time buyers, so the support they gave us throughout was amazing.
