Thanks to Jack harrison for helping with my move. He went above & beyond what I expected, constantly keeping me up to date he was very pleasant to deal with & always available to answer any questions I had & we were in regular contact throughout. He did so much more than my solicitor did & can not thank him enough. I would recommend white & sons to anyone moving in or to the leatherhead area. Many thanks Jack nice to know there are very decent people still left in this world!

We originally bought our house some years ago through White & Sons and were so impressed that we chose them to market and sell our property when we decided to move on.

They are a traditional company with strong values for customer service - every single member of the team demonstrated the utmost professionalism. From the initial valuation discussion through to completion, there was regular and concise communication and a proactivity and determination to bring the transaction to a successful conclusion, all at a competitive fee rate.

The chain below our buyer proved to be particularly problematic and a special mention must go to Lloyd Wilkinson who literally went above and beyond for as long as it took to drive the final outcome. He's charismatic and focussed, a consumate professional and his approach was perfect. Thank you!

The whole experience of buying our first home was made so much easier by the very friendly and helpful staff at the leatherhead office, especially Jack and Cedric.

The team were great at keeping us in the loop throughout relevant stages of the sale. They ensured that towards the end of the sale solicitors were chased and enquiries were replied to. The communication has been good and we did not experience any issues with the estate agents.

We were shown a home in Bookham by Jago Banham from the Leatherhead White & Sons office. From the start he was friendly and engaging with us. The house viewing flowed so well as Jago took the lead and guided us through the best order of rooms downstairs and upstairs and then showing us the garden and the potential to increase space by reducing the thickness of the hedge at the back. The house with the extension next door was pointed out to see the potential the property has to be extended upstairs and downstairs. Improvements to the heating and DB board were also pointed out. Jago's professional and engaging personality left such a positive impression on us. Even though we aren't going to proceed with the house purchase we would definitely deal with White & Sons again because of Jago. We've dealt with many estate agents over the last 2 years in our house search and this young man is definitely in our top 2 best estate agents we have dealt with so far. Thank you for making the house viewing experience so engaging and valuable.

We have now used White & Sons Horley twice for selling our home. We chose to use them a second time because they did such a great job for our first transaction with them in 2016. I think it says a lot that the majority of the staff are the same now as they were eight years ago. Our current sale has certainly had its challenges and Lucy, Steph and James have all been brilliant at sorting them out. We would highly recommend White & Sons Horley if considering selling your home.

Genuine people who gave straight answers and honest advice. Andrew negotiated a good offer on my sale and Ed kept the chain moving as fast as it could. My sale was never dependent on a purchase but again they were incredibly proactive in finding me somewhere to buy and simply moved mountains to get a simultaneous completion date! Would thoroughly recommend White & Sons Reigate if you want a really good agent who values you, the client.

Ed and the Reigate team did an excellent job driving the sale of my property, despite very difficult circumstances and a large & messy chain. Ed, in particular, really went out of his way to make it happen, for example, calling/messaging on his days off and from his holiday in Greece (I hope it's not the norm :(), sourcing & arranging someone to provide a report that White's weren't responsible for, continually chasing my inactive solicitor...I don't think the sale would have gone through had it not been for Ed's persistence. Thank you so much Ed!!!

Philip Dale and the rest of the team were very helpful and prompt with their replies to any questions that I asked and helped guide me through the process of selling my Mother's house.

**Terrible Experience with White and Sons Estate Agents, Horley**

I’m extremely disappointed with the service provided by White and Sons Estate Agents in Horley. My wife and I both took time off work to attend viewings for several properties that we had booked with them, only to receive a phone call shortly before our appointments informing us that they had accepted offers on two of the properties. This was frustrating enough, but then they refused to show us the third property unless we were in a "proceedable position."

The agent on the phone was incredibly rude and condescending, asking repeatedly if we had "cash in the bank." I explained that we have a mortgage in principle and do not need to sell our current home to proceed with a purchase, but she persisted, dismissively questioning if we actually had the cash available. It was insulting and made us feel as though we were being judged as unworthy of their time.

The whole experience was a complete waste of our time, and the lack of professionalism and courtesy was shocking. I would strongly advise others to avoid dealing with this agency, as they clearly have no respect for potential buyers.
