This store is a scam. If you purchase anything from them to be shipped expect it never to arrive. They will keep your money. After 8 emails to see where my order was not a single response was ever given. They have a number but it's out of service. A legitimate business would not have a phone constantly out of service. Beware!!!!

Order # 165315 from January 27, 2025 for $ 225.00.
Order cancelled by me, because that Presidential Coin never was available. Requested refund of $ 225.00
Rachel Allen ,the President of that WH Gift Shop. Stated in my account " Email Thomas , he will receive full refund on 1st day banks open after Easter, per Rachel/Helen ".
No refund at all. 0 $
On April 18 , individual named James contact me via email , telling that they will send money to me, by check or Zelle.It is my choice, so I ask James to send the refund of $ 225.00 by check to my address on file.
Since then no check, no any contact with them. Silence. Rachel Allen, and James did not answer my emails to them. They are just ignore me.
No money, nothing.Total silence and ignorance from Rachel Allen and James.
Customers be very vary of this business .
I am still waiting for my refund for a order placed in January, 27 2025.Their phone number 1- 877 896 3609
is not working. Recorded answer : " the phone number is not working at this time "
Please help me to get my money back ASAP, please.

Total Scam, take your money and run. Email after email and not one replies. Phone number is now disconnected or "not available.

This business has no connection to the White House! They are a third party private business that insinuate they are the “official” White House Gift shop, that’s a lie. Pre-ordered three Challenge Coins in February ($152) that were promised in March 2025. Never received them. Finally received one in June whose design they claimed was one of a kind by a well known artist, I saw the same design months earlier on a cheaply made Chinese knock-off coin that sold for $5. Returned the coin and was promised a full refund on all three. Never received refund, never responded to my email. Finally filed claim with PayPay who issued me a full refund after they investigated. Since coin was sent from Florida a complaint will be filed with the Florida Attorney General for fraud.

Terrible customer experience and ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE. The White House Gift Shop took my order on June 6, 2025, put the order into "processing" status, and then ignored repeated email and online requests for delivery information or when the order would be processed. They have done nothing to fulfill the order, and have simply ignored my multiple emails and online requests for any information about my order. THIS IS THE WORST CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE I HAVE HAD IN YEARS. I have requested a full refund. We'll see how long they take to process that refund.

Order wasn't shipped for 30 days or ever. No replies to emails. Had to file a complaint and escalate with PayPal to get a refund from PayPal.

Order was not complete.
No reply to our messages.
Sad for such an institution.
