They recommend solicitors as equally useless of they are
They are liars
They are hypocrites
They have no morals
They are everything you DONT want an estate agent to be
They waste your time, ie 7 months in my experience 😤
Don’t entertain these people & seek a reputable & alternative estate agent if you want what’s best for you as a seller & a buyer

Very good service at a competitive price , providing solid advice to get started and during the sale process. Kept me updated on the various aspects of the sale as it progressed. Staff are personable, helpful, resilient, patient and capable, handling all the negotiations and visits on my behalf (with a buyer that turned out to be quite difficult) and sticking to the task when that buyer pulled out, remarketing and finding another buyer quickly in the shifting markets of the time.

We've recently acquired a property through WhiteKnights Woodley. Throughout the process, Gary Waite and Danielle Hyatt-Roberts have acted with professionalism and have been very helpful. We have been totally impressed by WhiteKnights at all stages of our house sale. From the initial conversation with Gary Waite about a realistic price to achieve a sale, through to the outsourced professional photography, Gary's livestream presentation of the property and the sale on the first day of viewings, we were obviously in very experienced hands. Post offer the follow up customer service was excellent. John Bennett is an excellent, polite and friendly communicator and ensured at all times that matters were progressing in the chain below us and regular progress updates given. John clearly has a wide network of contacts and is able to chase matters up when necessary to keep things moving. If you are considering selling a property in this area don't be tempted to market with another agency.

Whiteknights were Superb in dealing with my house sale. from Day 1 to Post Completion. Once sale was agreed, Dani personally took responsibility for completing the sale which took away so much of the stress of selling a house. Thank you!

We had a bad experience with one of the female agent of whitenights named Anna. Really rude and condescending tone over the phone. She was unnecessarily trying to argue over the petty details . Trying to correct me on every small detail without any listening ears. She try to show that we don't know anything. She also refuse to show the property unless we talk their mortgage advisor despite we told that we already have mortgage in place through another provider. We understand the legality of the process of buying the house but she put us off with her condescending behaviour. She was obviously need more training. We then talked to her manager Emma, who was polite and apologised on her behalf.

Always found Whiteknights to be very professional and helpful during our 10 years as a landlord and now also through the sale of the property. Always someone around to resolve any problems

We moved to Reading two years ago and started house hunting in June 2022. Gary provided us with valuable insights and advice, while Dani not only acted as a bridge between both parties' solicitors during the transaction process, but also kept us updated regularly, alleviating our concerns. Highly recommend！

Excellent hassle free service from start to finish from the valuation and lots of information from Gary to Dani who kept us up to date and well informed of every step of the sale up to the exchange of contracts etc.
