My Mother-in-law decided to move following the death of her husband 2 years ago. My MIL had been in the house for 56 years so you can imagine how hard the decision was. Adam Lewendon and the team at Whiteknights were amazing. They guided us through all the steps of putting the house on the market and they were also respectful of the fact that this was also a very emotional time. We have just completed the purchase of a property and I cannot fault this estate agency, Scott dealt with us from first viewing until last signature and not a single issue along the way, all was done and dusted in the time agreed.

They are the most unorganised, unprofessional and the rudest agency I have ever been with, they have left us without a shower for over 3 months, the lied about the property being professionally cleaned, all they care about is money!

Lesley and Rob their head of lettings are the people that we have been dealing with, Rob was lying through his teeth to get us into the property, these people don’t have any respect for their tenants!

And now since we left the property they are causing so many issues it’s actually an utter joke.

John was great and helped rescue a bad situation.

Warning:- DO NOT use the recommended solicitors (Merry and Co), Caused me to loose one purchase and nearly the final one. simplest of chains but the solicitors involved caused me to be homeless and my possessions stored on a driveway for 24 hours.
