Avoid at all costs. This "company " is just a scam site.

Avoid this terrible company at all costs. I bought a pair of shoes from them and it cost me $165.20.. I’ve been waiting 3 months for them. When I checked the shipping it said item had been cancelled. I reached out to them and they said they’d ship another pair. I did and the same thing happened, tracking said it was cancelled. I told them this and they tried to blame Canada Post, but how would it be Canada Post if he hadn’t even left China? So I told them that I wanted a refund and then it was silent. Never got a message back from them ever. This company is just scammers and I would seriously avoid at all costs. Now I’m trying to get my money back through my bank.

Avoid this company at all cause they sent out my package only to give me a letter telling me that this item was out of stock and that I could get a different item get my money sent back through PayPal horrible company

I ordered a jacket for 140€ on their site. Knowing that I am in France, they entrusted it to a delivery company that only delivers to America. So I was surprised to have a picture of my package in front of a door in Utah. I sent all the evidence to customer service who told me that he would reimburse me but nothing and since no one responds .

Do not, I mean do not purchase anything from this company.

Got a jacket for my wife for almost $100.

Delivered and it looked noting like the photo and it was damaged all over.

Reported it and even sent the item back via Canada tracking, and never received it.

I didn't receive any notification when the packages arrived, nor have I gotten all the items. One item came in the wrong color, the fourth one they didn't have in stock, and I haven't even received the free item. I emailed them and they did give me a 15$ coupon for the wrong colored item, which I've used now. They said they'd given a refund for the out of stock item, but I haven't seen it in my bank once I checked just now. And they've sent the products seperate, which is just utterly ridiculous for small products. They send from china, not the US, so it takes about 2 months to receive anything.

I sadly will not be buying from whitemarket again because of such unprofessional marketing. This is my first and last time ordering from them (except for the coupon I used now )

This is not an angry critic, this is just my experience.

I purchased sandals at the end of July which did not arrive and despite sending evidence of non-receival, and several polite requests for a meaningful update there has been no information since the middle of August. Through no fault of my own, I am still out of pocket with no information about when I will receive a refund. Avoid.

I absolutely love White Market USA! Their clothes are always on point, and I get so many compliments whenever I wear their pieces. The customer service is great, and the shipping is fast. I can't recommend them enough!

I had a small issue with one of my orders, and the White Market USA team handled it promptly and professionally. They made sure I was satisfied with my purchase. The clothes are fantastic and unique. I will definitely be a repeat customer.

Definitely a dropshipping site, quality is pretty bad and unpleasant smell, but the designs are so very cool! I just wish they would advertise as a Chinese market instead of a USA market. I’m an XL most of the time regarding my clothing. I ordered 3 t shirts XXXL because I wanted them to be very oversized and very comfy for summer, but the XXXL is in Chinese measurements, which is roughly an M/L in European size. I read that this website is American so I assumed the measurements are American, a 3xl being ginormous. But no, their biggest shirts are roughly an M/L, so if you’re a bit overweight like myself, don’t bother.

White Market USA has become my go-to for unique and trendy clothing. The quality of materials is fantastic, and I always receive compliments on my outfits. Shipping is quick, and customer service is super responsive. Highly recommend!

I bought some sneakers and wanted to cancel the order and they wouldn’t allow me and forced me to receive my package once I received it it came completely different than in the picture

After numerous emails they still have not replied regarding the whereabouts of my order, (its the only way of contacting them!) been over 3 weeks now.
Do not use this company its a scam they just take your money and run.

DO NOT BY CLOTHES FROM THIS COMPANY.

I at least received my tshirt which is more than a lot of people in online forums received from this company but it is the worst quality t shirt I’ve ever received.
It’s black and brand new but the fabric is so thin that you can see the tattoos on my body underneath it.

They also didn’t ship it until I chased them up a week after I had made the purchase.

BUT I REPEAT, THE QUALITY IS ABSOLUTE HOT GARBAGE. THIS T SHIRT IS WORTH ABOUT 50 CENTS AND I WAS CHARGED $50. I THINK THE T SHIRT WEIGHS MAYBE 50 GRAMS? SCAM COMPANY SHIPPING OUT OVER PRICED BAD QUALITY CLOTHING.

Ordered 2 belts from them and they did not tell me they were "not in stock" instead created a FAKE shipping label which just went back to a EU address.... when I asked them about it they then told me that the belts I wanted are "out of stock"... HOWEVER their website still has the items up for sale.... which is totally ridiculous..... When I asked for a refund they said it would take 1-7 days.. it has now been 9 and still no refund in sight.... DO NOT BUY FROM THEM FAKE

They have no return policy on cheap rip off items or anything
