Matthew Penszor was/is our Mortgage Advisor (for 6 months!) and we can't thank him enough for his dedication, patience, understanding and being generally helpful to the both of us throughout this journey, it's been nice to know we've had him there to help us along the way with any queries or concerns we may have had, no matter how small he never made us feel silly for asking. It wasn't the most straight forward case either, a few roadblocks but that never phased him he dealt with it efficiently and professionally which we appreciate. Really can't recommend him enough, we were lucky to have been landed with Matt!
