Excellent customer service
I emailed a query on a pair of riding boots and Amy emailed me back straight away with a very helpful answer. After Amy's help I knew the boots would be an OK length for me. These were the boots I wanted so I ordered the boots on a Friday and had them on my doorstep on Monday! I don't live near Whites Agri and I have ordered different items from them before without every having any and have always received my order very promptly.

Unfortunately your carrier fastway just threw the package roadside , not even inside the gate but roadside!!! As I went out to confront driver he saw me gave me the two fingers and drove off , this will put me off using your company again as it will any company that uses them as their carrier

Even though the driver isn’t part of our own team, we take responsibility for the service our customers receive. Products are always in stock, prices are reasonable with delivery prices cheaper than most stores and super fast service with some of my deliveries coming in as little as 24 hours (Dublin to Mayo) very impressive. Highly recommended
