I just completed 5 levels of White Tiger Qigong Teacher training course. It was amazing traning course with a huge amount of knowledge. This journey has opened my eyes to the incredible wisdom of Qigong. Highly recommend for whom wants to find a harmony in your body- breath - spirit.

Tevia's teaching is impeccable. He lives and breathes his practice and makes this teaching accessible with a practical hands on approach. Blending Western Sports Science with Eastern Traditional Chinese Medicine in a solid way that nurtures one to reach their own inner alchemy. I learned this practice 6 years ago and am still going strong with it. Healed my lower back pain. Improved my menopause symptoms and I feel stronger, more flexible and with more stamina than I ever felt, even more than in my 20's (am in my 50's). Highly recommend Tevia's courses. He has an amazing Team that has helped grow White Tiger to an even higher standard. So grateful to have crossed paths with such dedicated people. Tevia leads with integrity and sincerity.

I studied and worked a lot in IT, so I sit most of my time. I didn’t pay much attention to my health until I felt problems like pain in the neck and back because of constant sitting and not to mention frequent headache or migraines. I am already into dancing and yoga and healthy eating but I couldn't relieve the pain in my back and neck. So I started researching for ways to remedy the pain. Then I found Qigong! There are a lot of Qigong schools out there but one thing that draw me to White Tiger Qigong is the scientific approach! They teach you not just the oriental method but the science behind the practice. I love how White Tiger fused the ancient technique of healing that is in Qigong to a more scientific method that we can all understand!

My experience with White Tiger Qigong has been transforming in every kind of way. On a physical level, I joined the WTQG courses in my mid forties at an age where my body was changing and I didn’t have the flexibility or the ability I used to have as well as lower back and hip problems. Very soon I had no pain or discomfort and it keeps improving in time.
Emotionally and mentally I was at a difficult stage - in time I started to feel more grounded, more connected. The WTQG instructors I had the luck to work with were patient, understanding and compassionate. Although we were involved in a physical modality, the transformation was holistic.
The on-site trainings again offer a holistic experience of very comprehensive material delivered in the highest of standards by the master trainer as well as amazing environments.

The 5 animal retreat was profound it was everything I could’ve hoped For and more, i experienced so much healing and recieved so much clarity after this retreat. This company seems to pay for the many 5 on 5 reviews. This company is a scam its just they manage to hide with phone and locations and not be locatable and censor the reviews.

A)I have asked for a refund many times in many different places such in emails, PayPal and facebook and they always act dumb and ask me the same questions over and over again and pretend they will refund me, and then they don't. I have this on screenshot, i can't make this up how evil this company is.

B) I cannot follow a bad video with no head and face, it's against my religion, take your video back or give me a decent one that I can follow.

White tiger is only a domain name so they are not traceable......they have done nothing but dismiss me and make me wrong when they could have given me another product perhaps but no ! NOT white tiger scammer they just act like narcissists.

C) then as the problems never got resolved i noticed they fabricated many locations around the world that is not real business location or that is active. Then i knew that this company is a front selling videos operating remotely and trying to censor everybody like me here and hiding with PayPal since they have a monetized business relationship.

The same manipulations again continue when they dismiss me here in their comments
since they know now after the 15 attempts what is the problem but they don't solve it!!!!!

SUMMARY if you can handle pain:
1. they never answered any emails (11 emails) They never responded to the direct chats on their site either
2. promised me 2 times to refund but doesn't

3. keeps asking for marketing info to refund me but never do.

4. is not locatable since it hides in many countries such as
thailand or vietnam or seychelle or Honkgong among others

5. but i got phone call from nova scotia and private so they don't even have an office ???

6. ALL my GOOGLE SEARCHES SHOW A SHABBY RESIDENCE or a garden or closed places in the addresses from these different fake countries that show up in different social platforms

7. all the alleged employees are always very confused and operate like ai or remotely /don't know their ass from their elbow.

8. sold me a course with a headless teacher with Chinese hat hiding their face and head racing a qigong sequence and that i can't follow and

9. they are holding my funds and not refunding me even after they told they refunded me.

10. they have a 30 min bogus refund policy.

11. THE WORSE IS THAT THEY CHANGED THEIR VIDEOS TO INCORPORATE THE FREE ADVICE I GAVE AND IN RETURN WITH A PROMISED REFUND...ALL LIES

12. as i was documenting this file i get an email that this white tiger (who alleges they are in 5 countries with many that are fake locations or closed locations )claims I am not genuine.

13.They called me on my phone with the fake number and or private call to talk to me to pretend they still don't know what i asked for in the first place while they don't refund me or help me make this right

****Gee i had enough of online stores that are not genuine just give me my refund!!!!! and stop pretending that you offered when you never gave me a refund and stop pretending that you offered since the facts are you did not refund me!!!!!

White Tiger finally refunded but after again another 2 requests when they finally emailed me after 11 unanswered emails. However they did not refund me on Paypal they actually bought a product from me which cost me also commissions...but they tried right?
However i got Post trauma from this after 2 months of trying and them gaslighting me.. plus the accounting of a refund was done unethically and i think that i am still suffering from this pain inflicted on my mind and soul and this post will stay here until i am healer. This experience hurt me to my core especially when Paypal did not investigate the true nature of this transaction it made me lose all trust in corporate amer ica. So this is the truth they refunded me but not proper accounting and my pain is still huge to have gone so far in gaslightin

I thought it wouldn't be possible to learn online but between the questions and answer sessions with Tevia and with the videos and analyses of our practice together with the senior staff I really fell that I learn in deep the 5 elements of White tiger Qigong. Well done to all.

I truly LOVE LOVE LOVE White Tiger Qi Gong. The detail in the instruction is phenomenal! Like no other Qi Gong class or class of any kind for that matter. Every time I join live, listen to a class or read something I learn something new. The connection Tevia makes with the students is great. You definitely don't feel like you're in an online class. If you've ever trained in Qigong or martial arts you know teachers aren't generally warm and fuzzy. You also don't get most detail behind things. Tevia gracefully intertwines modern scientific analysis with these beautiful and powerful ancient teachings. I am so Grateful! When I started I was not in avoid place.. I had just closed my massage practice due to Covid and my entire being was wrecked from stress, arthritis, and chronic illness. Being able to work at my own pace but still be held accountable has been so beneficial..
I have gradually been able to better my physical and mental state with these teachings.. Oh did I mention the staff and other teachers? Well they are pretty magical also. They are truly dedicated to this practice and to helping others do well. They are extremely well trained and make class enjoyable while being extremely productive. My only issue is my own trouble keeping up. Its so much great stuff!!! I intend to learn everything I can from Tevia and White Tiger QiGong. I have been a licensed bodyworker and Reiki Master for over 20 years. This is a unique program. Do NOT let this opportunity pass you by.

I am so happy I found White Tiger Qigong. The classes and teacher training I participated, and continue to participate in are just amazing...I could not ask for more. They are thorough and so well structured. I've had other Qigong training that was useful but all over the place. In contrast, this course (5 Element Teacher Training) included essential background so you understood the depth and meaning behind the movements - including Qigong philosophy and history, important elements of Taoism and the IChing, and the health benefits from both an Ancient Taoist and modern science perspective. I love the way the training teaches the movements in high quality videos, layering on deeper elements of those movements as you go to higher levels. The option of personal mentorship was hugely beneficial, and the live classes helped you feel connected to the group. I also feel more connected and aware of how my body works and how to manipulate the way energy, Qi, moves through my organs and fascial meridians so I can facilitate flow and clear stagnation. I now do Qigong everyday and am teaching classes, with a growing local following. I love the way the movements are taught - starting with body mechanics, moving to breath and kinetic chains, and finally to spirit. It has given me a great template to use when teaching students, layering on the subtleties as they practice and improve. I just love White Tiger Qigong and how it has changed my life! I am happier, more energized, and can easily transform emotions and manage my nervous system to cultivate the highest health and potential of my body and spirit. White Tiger Qigong is an enthusiastic organization with a well designed program where you can apprehend and fell Daoist Qigong.
You get progressively dipper contact with theory and practice on the subject you choose, at your own pace.
The courses include texts, videos and an online weekly live class where you can see and interact with a Master that explains and demonstrates the theory or movements you are about to learn, just like if you where physically present.
So you and your mates get to know each other and your Master, like if physically there, and with that warm atmosphere you get far better results that from an classic online course.
So I did enjoy and learned a lot with White Tiger Qigong and recommend its courses.

They did an amazing job breaking down complex ideas and implemented an incredible support system to help refine my practice.
