As a tattoo artist, I’ve been using the cooling gel for quite some time and it really helps soothe the skin after a session - this is extra handy when you want to get some nice pictures afterwards without the skin being super irritated and weepy!

Magic products. The foaming soap is so beautiful it’s gentle and removes all excess ink, and I mean all of it, but keeps stencil in place for a good 6-7 washes. Green soap has sat collecting dust since I purchased. Process butter keeps the skin hydrated and allows for clean lines with a gentle glide. Highly recommend Whitfields products they’re at the top of the game!

Wow. Genuinely wow. The customer service, the product quality, the branding and care taken to produce top knotch products - truly is a testament to the passion and knowledge these guys hold in the industry.
2 years I’ve been using Whitfield and I won’t look back! The stencil glue is just pure solid, no smudging, the stencil doesn’t over stay after a day session but also doesn’t vanish instantly.
My clients have genuinely asked “what magic did you put on my leg” referring to the cooling gel and the aftercare balm I give to every client post tattoo! That says it all- the gel is an additional extra I will never forget to use in my tattooing as not only does it help soothe the skin ready for a photo, it truly does relieve irritation and sting for the client!
The balm… I digress. I need not say anything - just grab some!
The foam soup itself, I’ve struggled to find one that holds form on the skin and isn’t too loose - of course! Colin and the gang hit the nail on the head!

What can I say, I started using Whitfields just over 2 years ago and I haven’t looked back since! The stencil glue is top tier, dries nice and quick, holds the stencil on throughout a day sitting with no trouble! I also highly recommend the soothing gel! I have been using the soothing gel for a few months now and I can honestly say, this stuff is the BEST. Reduces redness massively and smells amazing! I’ve also been using the process balm alongside the soothing gel and it’s become an essential in my set up, and again works wonders for helping the skin calm down and reduces redness! I’ve used Whitfields products for a few years now and still love them as much now as when I started with them. I use the process butter, stencil glue, foam soap, cooling gel and give an aftercare balm to my clients at the end of the session.

The glue blinds the stencil even in the trickiest spots. The butter stays a lovely consistency throughout use and calms the skin. Smells nice and natural. The foaming soap I use after the line work and at the end just to really help move excess carbon or residue ink. The cooling gel gives the client that bit of relief at the end (and makes for those lovely juicy photos). And the aftercare cream my clients so often come back and say how much they’ve loved it.

Excellent product that I’ve used since having tattoo work done by Lily Heather at Tudor Row Tattoo Studio in Lichfield. I would definitely recommend anyone having a tattoo to use this afterwards.

I absolutely loved the products! I have a recently started using the tat pads and have had really good feedback from clients. And love usually the soothing gel, especially for after permanent freckles. And have used it for aftercare for myself a couple of times too. It’s so lovely and soothing especially the first couple of days!

I’ve used so many different brands over the years and since I started using Whitfields a few years ago, I’ve not bothered to try anything else! The products, particularly the process butter are just incredible, and the quality is super consistent everytime, not to mention super affordable, and ethical.

I use this brand for all my work - whether it’s the stencil glue for application, process butter throughout the session, cooling gel to soothe the tattoo and get rid of any redness.. or supplying my clients with aftercare (which they all LOVE!) couldn’t recommend Whitfield’s enough!!
