Came across Tom and the team after wanting to invest in property but at the same time had no experience and a bit hesitant at the best course of action. Having my own business anyway that i wanted to devote my time to, i wanted a hands-off investment whilst at the same time delivering good returns. We spoke on the phone and the key things i wanted was realistic figures and deals, and above all, good communication as the areas emergence property work in are futher away than a quick drive in the car to see how things are going . Since our call Tom has delivered exactly that, weekly updates, photos of prospective deals with breakdown of costs and a genuine sense that he knows exactly what he's talking about. Update so far, we have purchased our first investment property through his sourcing which was seamless with a second on the way!

Been working with Tom and Ollie for the last 4-5 months on an exciting opportunity that they presented to me. Not only have they been very professional in their approach but they communication on the project thus far has been very transparent - not to mention, regular. As I am a hands off investor, their service offering is perfect as they took care of the property from acquisition to now being managed by them whilst in the refurbishment phase. It is great because every end of the week I get a complete update of what has transpired over the week including what has happened and solutions ! Not to mention the pictures I receive along with it.
