Ordered 2 x 100ml of Rebel Rose and only received 1 - contacted them and provided evidence (it was obvious only 1 was in the box) to get no response!!

Ordered a fragrance on 23rd March for a birthday gift to be given on 28th March.
Followed up and received an email on 31st March stating that order would be shipped same day and tracking provided by 4pm same day. Despite repeated follow up, I am yet to receive a response or tracking details on 9th April.
This could be because of recent news reports of the company experiencing financial difficulties.
Forced to dispute the transaction with my bank and would not trust to order from this company again- they take your money and don’t ship the product.

Apparently purchased there most popular perfume, I will never purchase again. It’s awful. Overpriced and unwearable!!!

Save yourself the trouble and do not waste your money! I have so much regret!!! Terrible!!

Still haven’t received my order after 3 weeks!

Spray pump of both bottles I ordered arrived damage. Perfume leaked everytime I sprayed. Customer service do not reply.

From ordering to shipping was 2 weeks. I emailed customer service and it took an entire week to get a reply! The perfumes aren’t even nice. They smell like toilet spray. Worst purchase I’ve made.

Abysmal service. I made a purchase on 13.1.2026. It is now 27.2.2026 and I’ve had to email a number of times, including sending a DM on instagram. On 15.2.2026 I was told it would be sent as a priority on ‘Tuesday’. Still waiting. I’ve emailed again tonight to ask for a full refund. Don’t buy direct buy from a retailer. I have also not once had an apology when I have emailed to say I was unhappy with the lack of customer service and delays. All I got was a terse ‘it will be sent Tuesday’. No apology for manufacturing delays, no apology for lack of response and NO ongoing communication or updates. Absolutely disgusting. No such thing as “look after your customers and they’ll keep you in business” with this lot. Be lucky to see my money at this point.

Had a spritzer nozzle malfunction on my bottle of MUSE and emailed the contact on the website. Within 30 mins i had received a notification to say a brand-new bottle was being shipped to me that day as a replacement. Very happy.

I cannot believe the disappointing experience we have had with Who Is Elijah.
During the 12 Days of Christmas campaign, gift cards were advertised at 10% bonus value. One was purchased by my husband, however the gift card issued reflected only the amount paid. Purchased a $100 gift card for $90 but only received a $90 gift card on email.
When attempting to use it during the Boxing Day sale, the gift card didn’t work at all! The error message is: the gift card is no longer available.
Furthermore there has been no customer support available over the holiday period to resolve it via email, DM or contact form.
We’re now out of pocket with no working gift card! Their business ethics need to be reviewed.

I ordered a sample kit from this site. It was shipped with no padding or cushioning to hold the sample vials in place, so arrived a shattered mess. Attempted to contact customer service multiple times, never received a response to email or their customer help chat. Do not order from this site.

Ordering from who is Elijah? was an expensive mistake. I order Nomad as gift for my sister but tried it to make sure it was ok. Oh my goodness, it has a really unpleasant base and top note. One is extremely strong chemical smell the other a sort of manure smell.

Morning after, Wall Street and Rebel Rose are all tolerable but I can’t see me ever reaching for them.

They also have very poor staying power - I guess I should be thankful for small mercies.

I won’t be gifting nomad to my sister as it’s an embarrassment.

Total waste of money.

Smells like a straight chemical. Had to try and wash the smell off as it gave me the biggest headache. I sprayed the smallest amount and it smelt nothing like described. Wrote a 1 star review on the actual product by they haven't allowed that to be seem. The reviews on website are clearly by paid influences so don't trust them and don't waste your money.

I wish i had read the reviews before purchasing!!! The smell doesn't last ling AT ALL!!! Less that a few hours. Very disappointing.

Love the scents but after ordering for the second time have realised that the customer service is just terrible. I had to threaten a refund to even get my products sent out to me. If you’re looking to be disappointed and left waiting for products you’ve found the perfect company, if not, then don’t bother!

Ordered for a birthday present and after 18 days, still not shipped and won't receive in time. Asked for a refund and haven't heard back yet.
How can it take this long to post within Australia.

After 3 weeks of waiting for product after making a drama they sent it out knowing I could not refund online how pathetic next time I won’t even bother buying your product. My suggestion is that you need to have better logistics online. You need to ensure delivery of an Australian product is getting to place in reasonable time or you will have people like myself unhappy.

Really long time to receive the order and after reading all the positive reviews I purchased Rebel Rose. Really disappointed in the scent which smells absolutely nothing like rose, but more like smoky burnt firewood it's awful. I understand that scent is personal but if you're looking for something rose this isn't it.

There’s always a bottle nearby—one in the car, one in my handbag, and of course, at home. It’s part of my daily life now. I’m always reaching for it. I truly live for these fragrances.

Wrong product, customer service promptly said no refund when i asked for an exchange. At this stage the bottle was not opened i had just received it & i even took a photo of the bottle showing the seal. I opened it this morning Eau should be called Euuuuwww think baby powder & burning hand sanitiser. The scent lasted 3 hours no longevity as many others have mentioned.
First and last purchase.
I highly recommend Asēdos perfume oils.

Poor quality scents that all smell the same after 5 mins! No longevity. Customer service to match! Don’t waste your money on this marketing con!!
