Terrible, placed an order. Still not received or resolved. 1 -5 days delivery. Hahaha what a joke that is. 8+ days and still counting

I ordered what looked like a Cadburys box of 48 Crème Eggs. They only come in the picture that was shown with 48 eggs.
It is 24 LOOSE eggs in a box! An Amazon box!! I can buy 48 for £28! These were £20.63! ABSOLUTE RIP OFF!

Absolutely delighted with my order from Sun Exotic Limited Wholesale! I purchased a couple of pallets of goods and was impressed from start to finish. The staff were incredibly friendly and courteous, the orders are always processed and dispatched promptly, and delivery has always been right on time. All products were of excellent quality and exactly as described – couldn’t ask for better service!

Absolutely got to be the worst company I've ever dealt with, order 3x24 cans of drink the top one had a couple of cans burst due to poor packing no foam or bubble wrap . I sent a request to return the 1 case that was damaged as the rest of the cans were covered in liquid . The seller said I'll refund you for 2 cans I said no I'll return them for a refund, can you sort a return out? They haven't , I've gone through process with tiktok the seller refused a refund then said they'll refund 4 cans again I said no I want to return them and now I'm getting no reply. I'm happy to send them back but they're not giving me the option and why they want them back if beyond me they want dumping . They clearly going to resell them the dirty pigs and that's not fair on the next customer as they'll be getting cans that have been sat in a box for weeks with sticky liquid all over them . Their hygiene practices may not be upto standard so be careful what you buy from them.

Fantastic, really good offers and I’ve managed to get my regular purchases from elsewhere for a better price. Well packaged and distributed quickly. I’ll be back, thanks guys!

They don’t accept Paypal or Applepay… Sadly as it’s a used by everyone nowadays. Not everyone like to do Bank Transfers with personal & private bank details.
Shame; I won’t order now.
So I can’t comment on item or delivery, but I’ve been contacted through my personal email asking to remove my feedback…

Absolutely fantastic company! I have used them several times now via ebay, and they are ALWAYS efficient and professional. All orders arrive packaged to the highest standard and spotlessly clean. Highly recommended company.

I don't like that you have to order by direct bank transfer.. I don't use PayPal and the alternative 3rd party debit payment did not work even though I tried several times with multiple accounts.
Customer Support was fast to contact me and follow up with the issue so credit to them for that but the interaction was fairly rude with a its not our problem attitude, but it is cause its a service you offer.
They also tried to get TP to remove the review within the first hour of posting it claiming it was a fake post instead of handing the issue.
After confirming the order and sending the transfer delivery was fast and packaged well, other comments mentioned dates so I checked and the majority of the order had 5 months on and a couple 3 months but all acceptable.
Order wise I am very happy and will consider ordering again, customer service side, don't report reviews instead of addressing them, there is a issue with the 3rd party Debit/Credit operator and why every other post on here says to send transfer.. so take the option away or hold them accountable.
Will leave the review at 4 stars as the product and delivery was good but very tempted to be 3 stars as the customer service side really let it down.

After many bad experiences ordering stuff from other companies, Sunderland Exotic Wholesalers is a company I will continue to use and trust completely. I always order my usual monster energy drink 24 pack at an always at a great price with delivery being fairly quick with tidy packaging and no damaged,missing and falsely advertised items as I previously had with other companies.

My parcel initially went missing despite stating it was delivered by Amazon and Nihat was very helpful in the process and sent me a replacement. 10/10 would shop again as they are the only reliable retailer that stock the original LH44 monster.

Made purchase as had specific product I was looking for & at a good price (although remember tax added on at checkout). Collected items as delivery was expensive but great customer service, as order was picked & ready to be collected as arranged plus staff happy to assist in putting items in vehicle. Would definitely recommend.
