Awful company just don't respond, sent cheap inferior e-cig batteries to ones I ordered. Sent repeated emails and absolutely no response.

Outstanding customer support

The initial contact and customer service seemed good however we received some vapes which did not work and though we have been promised replacements we have had to chase a number of times and still have not yet received these.

As for the delivery service, it's terrible.
I would not recommend the delivery service.
It has taking me and the team at eco vape over a week to sort out delivery. Well done to eco vape for getting orders done.
