The company sent me expired and damaged products that should never have been shipped to any customer. This caused financial loss and created serious problems for my business. Selling date-expired inventory to wholesale buyers is completely unacceptable.
I trusted this company, but instead I feel deceived and misled. A professional supplier should properly check inventory before shipping orders. Sending unusable products to customers shows very poor business ethics and quality control.
I contacted them regarding the issue and expect a full resolution, refund, or replacement immediately. Wholesale buyers should be very careful before doing business with this company.
