I've shopped with Wicked Uncle for several years now and have always been pleased. I appreciate its birthday reminders, categorisation of present by age and the creative present ideas provided. Service has always been very good and I like its approach to customer communication. Wicked Uncle is always the first site that I visit to source a child's present. Highly recommended.

we recieved the "firefighter water spray" as a gift for my 5 yr old . It was very flimsy and fell apart and was unusable the same day. A real shame and definitely not value for money.

I came across Wicked Uncle by chance when looking for a present for my 7 year old nephew. I live in Asia so buying online is much easier for me but it can often feel a bit risky. However, I found a couple of great gifts and chose the gift wrapping option - my sister told me the presents were very nicely wrapped. My nephew especially loved his dinosaur pillow case which you can colour in yourself. Only problem was, he left the tops off the pens overnight! I emailed Wicked Uncle asking if I could buy the pens separately and at first they said sorry, but they weren't stocking them. However, shortly after I received another email from their customer service team saying they'd sourced a packet of the pens and had shipped them off to my nephew. They'd even included a nice little message to him - and this was all without me even telling them his details - they just found us in the system and sent them straight out. Truly great customer service! I've shopped again with them since for his 10 year old brother's birthday and he too loved his presents.

Good variety and availability of stock online. The order arrived quickly the price was competitive. No problems. Will use again!

First order with this company, ordered online around 18:30 on Friday, standard delivery and the order arrived Monday morning at 10:00!!
Super service and the parcel arrived perfectly packed. You get what you pay for ~ as not the cheapest online store, but by far one of the best service/delivery wise this Christmas season........ Will be ordering again from Wicked Uncle!

If you have young relatives then this site is a godsend. Just pick an age, and a gender if you want to, and there's a wide variety of gift ideas to chose from. No worries about age appropriateness, they'll gift wrap them with a hand written card, it takes all the stress out of it. I use them regularly. 100% recommended.

After being let down by another company I contacted Wonderland Models who dispatched the item required same-day and it was with me the following day. Cannot fault this service. Great present ideas too.

Every time I feel the need to rant about some company's terrible service on Trust Pilot I try to make a point of recognising another company that's delivered an exceptional service. I came across Wicked Uncle while looking for a present for one of my many nieces. The categorisation of gift ideas by age and gender is spot on and just what you need when you're shopping in a hurry. I've used them a few times now and the recipients have always been extremely enthusiastic about the presents they received.
