All in all good
Shipping was a bit long, but all in all, everything came as predicted. No missing parts. Explanations on the setup book were easy to understand.
Some wooden panels weren't pre-holed, some were, but it wasn't that of a big deal.
The slide had a very tiny crack on it, but still usable.
Price isn't cheap, but the product is high quality, and easy to setup. Think about 1 bag of 25kgs of cement per wooden stick that holds the slings.
I recommend their services.

XL Smart Zone is great, but not easy DIY
We got the XL Smart Zone. The product is overall very nice and a good value for the price. It has a lot of features compared to other sets in a similar price range. I know we will get many happy years of play from this. Building the swingset is definitely not super easy for casual DIYers. You need to drill your own holes and have decent basic carpentry skills. We ordered the green colored playset and we are disappointed with how faded the slide looks. In the online photos, it is dark, solid green. In real life, it is more like faded, mixed shades of green and kind of looks like it has already spent years in the sun. It brings down the whole “new swingset” aesthetic a little. Our other issue was that the boards on the platform near the slide were way thinner than the manual suggested which made them not fit as well. Customer service offered to send replacements if we wanted to wait for them, which I appreciate. Overall, our kids really enjoy this play set and I think they will get many years of enjoyment. The price was really good for the number of features (slide, swings, monkey bars, hammock, cargo net, climbing walls, the little shop window, bball hoop, etc.) compared to other brands. Building this is more complicated than we expected and we had to enlist the help of a carpenter. I think other brands would be easier to DIY if you don’t have a lot of skills and experience with building, so factor that into the cost savings. Kudos to customer service because they are very responsive- I sent 2 emails and had responses by the following business day.

Was looking for a swingset that was…
Was looking for a swingset that was easy to put together, and had monkey bars for my 6 year old. I found this with a google search and it had everything I was looking for along with a safe and well made product. The checkout process was easy, reviews were positive and this looks great for longevity. Which will great for my little one for years to come.
