Loyal customer now for the past 2 years and I am yet to be disappointed. They alwayssss deliver on quality and I speak for myself when I say I can’t order elsewhere

I like the hair and its color. It's full and soft, and unlike other wig companies, the cap isn't overly big.

However, I gave it three stars because the wig cap doesn't lay flat. I spent the whole day at work trying to flatten the bulge that was protruding from the middle of my head. I'm disappointed because the hair itself is pretty.

Buyers beware they claiming it human hair but something is definitely off with the hair. hair should have lasted way long for what I purchased it not the same how it was years ago. The reviews are also not true they post the same comments several times this company needs to be reported. Two weeks and barely that and paid 300 for it to not last and its curly hair is insane. I mean can't De tangle it felt synthetic mix hair the more I tried the worst the hair got. I don't do review so when I leave a bad one listen ladies.

Wiggins wigs are top tier. This is the best wig I ever had, I promise it’s a quality pre plucked, bleached, true length & some, ready to wear out the bag. I’m only ordering from Wiggins going forward.

This company is amazing the hair came earlier than expected they also inform me every step of the way of exactly where the hair was. When I received the hair it was beautiful soft exactly how they explain on the website pre bleached pre pluck , the lace was beautiful and this was my first time ordering from Wiggins and they definitely have a customer. Definitely 10/10

I was a first time customer ordering with Wiggin .
I received my wig within 5 working days, which I was highly impressed with .
The density was 180 and it looks like it’s more which I love because my wig looks full.
The lace is to die for it melts in to my skin perfectly and looks flawless.
I’m not a professional wig in stall but because my wig was pre plucked and bleached it made it easier for me to.
In short I’ll be buying my next unit with will be a curl wig soon I’m extremely excited ❤️

I ordered this wig for my birthday a month in advance. I installed it in July 10th and August 14th I experienced a chunk of hair blading and August 15th the wig was balding on the other side. Keep in mind I have a side part.

I reached out to them and they assumed I bleached and plucked the wig but I never touched the lace because the lace fortunately blended with my skin tone. I reached out to them because I construct wigs myself but I wanted a wig made for me for my bday. Anyways I reached out to customer service and they took no accountability they claim it is based on the bleaching which I NEVER did. They didn’t offer any solution whatsoever. So if you expect the wigs to last a year good luck. They will not last, I’m someone who will pay whatever for my hair if it’s worth it and Wiggins promises up to a year but it did NOT. I would not waste my money or time. DO NOT SHOP DO NOT SHOP AT ALL GIRLS. We love our hair to much to invest our time and money into a company who refuses to help or take any ownership, they did not even offer me a new wig on their behalf and I have important events coming up and have to figure something out.

I’ve purchased from Wiggins twice. I’ve read reviews on here that were great well and awesome then there were those that didn’t have the experience of others as well as myself. I’m a honest reviewer and I will have to be honest on here. The two units on to different occasions were exceptional. The hair the construction the plucking is phenomenal. I mean it’s like it’s growing out my scalp. I purchased a deep wave loose wave unit and of all the top brands that I have this hair was super soft and gorgeous. Wiggins didn’t ask me to lie for me or make up a review for them I’m being honest. The quality of the hair is gorgeous. They have reasonable prices as well. If it was anything different I would have stated it. The delivery is even quick. Will come back with an update on my third purchase. Thanks Wiggins. Order# 600304803

Overall my experience with this company is a 10/10 i recommend, I don’t have any issues fast shipping and delivery the seller communicate very well the hair doesn’t have any funny smell or anything, also the packaging is well put together and also free gifts

This is my first time ordering from them and although skeptical I ordered because my daughter ordered from them..now because the shipping and billing address is different(it’s a gift)..they asked me why it’s different and if it’s correct..i replied that it’s correct..as to the why..I feel I’m an adult and you really don’t need to know why I’m shipping this to a different person..ppl send other ppl stuff all the time in the mail..I do it on Amazon without issue..they refused to ship the order ALTHOUGH these ppl have already been paid..right?..want a copy of my bank card to see the payment being deducted from it..really??..Wiggins have been paid..ship this to the address that I sent to you..you don’t need to know why or where or the when’s in behind this UNLESS you’ve received a complaint of a fraudulent transaction behind the order..I would suggest that “we” start taking a step back and stop ordering from these companies who in turn are a very rude and disrespectful..I wouldn’t recommend them and I wouldn’t order from them again..oh and did I mention they’re holding my product hostage until they get my bank statement?..Yes Forreal ..Didn’t have a problem with Luvme Hair company..

When I say order this wig right now I mean it. The customer Service is A1 as well. Only thing I did to the hair was wash it and flat iron the hair. Will purchase again after that

It was my first time ordering from Wiggins Hair and I have to say it will definitely not be the last time :). I received my order in time and I am so satisfied with how beautiful the wig is. It is full, pretty and has no funny smell. They were easy to communicate with and responded to all my requests and concerns in time. The lady I was dealing with was so friendly and polite. I am planning on buying another wig soon.

Fantastic quality and hair came in a timely manner did not shed and almost wear and go (if lace was cut ) I will not buy from anywhere else now

I had a very disappointing experience with Wiggins Hair. The quality is extremely poor, and I strongly advise against purchasing from them. I ordered a 613 bob, and it was very thin. When I requested a refund, they required a reason and photos, only to insult me and claim the hair was fine, refusing my refund. 😡

I recieved my order in a timely manner and it was everything that It was advertised to be the lace was the best I have seen.

J’ai acheté une perruque Glueless Body Wave Pre-Cut début avril suite à plusieurs vidéos vu sur le net.
Au première abord j’étais plutôt satisfaite, belle custom.

Premier bémol : La perruque était assez grande alors que j’ai pris une taille standard comme d’habitude heureusement que l’élastique était là.
Je me suis dit c’est pas grave il y a l’élastique ou au pire je vais coller.

Deuxième bémol : à 1 mois de l’achat la lace devant s’abîme rapidement et à l’arrière de la perruque c’est toujours emmêler malgré soins et coiffure matin et soir.

Voilà pourquoi je suis déçue pourtant je tiens à souligner que l’envoi est rapide. Le service client envoi un mail pour nous demander confirmation de notre commande.
Dommage que la perruque ne suit pas.
